Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Naperville

Ordered a Chicken Biscuit and a Cherry Coke for mobile thru. Maybe about 6 cars in front of me. Got up to being 2nd back and it took another 5-10 mins to get my sandwhich. Then the car in front of me had not got their order and I had to wait another 5-10 mins. I opened my biscuit and started to eat while it was hot stuck. I see the problem of they service the normal drive thru compared to mobile thru of a ratio of 3:1. It was crazy. When the car in front of me finally got their order I was expecting it to be huge. Nope. A small bag and 1 drink

Now I get why their lines are so massive at this Chik Fil A. Will take you forever to get your items. Better off driving out of your way to Wheaton or Fox Valley. Much Quicker and Easier. It is maddening waiting 20 mins for a simple sandwhich.

Many people were quite frustrated with honking while stuck in line and even 1 customer screaming “F** Do Better!” as they sped off with their food

Just go anywhere else for breakfast. You could probably sit down at Tasty Biscuit and get served quicker than this morning

I hope they see this and improve greatly....

I’ve visited this location a few times since it opened, and the biggest issue has been consistently long wait times, even when it isn’t busy. On my last visit, I waited over 20 minutes for a simple breakfast order while managers were seated nearby in a meeting. After calling attention to it at the counter, a team member quickly made my order and kindly offered a brownie and free-item cards to apologize.

While I appreciated her effort, it was concerning that leadership present did not step in or acknowledge the situation. Hearing the discussion pause and then continue on the topic of “values being practiced within shifts” made the lack of engagement stand out even more.

The team member handled it very well, but operationally something feels off. I hope to see improvements so this location can reflect the great service Chick-fil-A...

Everything went really smooth for the most part. Drive thru was a covered area to protect from the weather. There are two different lanes, 1 for mobile orders and 1 for drive through.

I ordered the Southwest chicken salad and it was phenomenal. It came with all of the dry toppings and salsa dressing in a small bag. The chicken was seasoned great and the whole salad just complemented itself.

The only thing that I did not like was that you do not get to see the menu before the person standing there taking your order talks to you. When I pulled up, he was standing before the menu. So it was a little pressure to either have known ahead of time, what you wanted or to choose quickly while he stands...
