Juan is a problem! This is a world class, step by step demonstration of passive aggressiveness and a dangerous employee.
I did a mobile order of 2 cheese Rangoon appetizers that were severely over fried. When I took them back to have them remade, the employee I assumed was the manager named Juan, did everything he could to turn this ordeal into a made for youtube combative event. His entire tone was very passive aggressive and insulting. I was in the drive thru, showed him both orders and tried handing him the bag so he could inspect them but he refused. Instead he oddly started by saying that he didn't want me to "jump out of my car" after hearing about their frying process? He said they cook them the same way everytime, so the next order will come out the same way... With one statement he tried to do 2 things; 1) escelate the encounter into being combative by making the jumping out of the car comment and 2) tried gaslighting me by re-writing the frying process and telling me these rock hard cheese bricks were actually made right? I said I simply want them to remake the 2 orders and I'm sure they'll come out fine this time. He said fine, turned his back to me, breathed hard through his nose, then clearly shook his head at his coworker's so it was impossible for me not to notice. After a few minutes he returned to the window with a single remade order... even though I had clearly stated at least 4 times and showed him 2 orders. When I asked for the 2nd order, he rolled his eyes, blew air out of his mouth and told me that I said it was only 1 order and asked for a receipt. At this point I was holding and showing him both previous orders. I told him that I said "2 orders" at least 4 times, he just stood there and did nothing. At this point, I asked him why he was trying to make this into a big event? I told him this was a simple thing of just remaking 2 orders of Rangoon and instead he was trying ro bait me into an argument by being insulting and passive aggressive. He literally ignored everything I said and just stood there. I asked if I could please get my 2nd order and he said he didn't want to hold up the drive thru and asked me to pull forward which I did. After a few minutes he came outside himself, did another exaggerated inhale/exhale, handed me a bag and asked me if there was anything else he could do for me... once again trying to make it out like some customer was being overbearing and that he was some abused employee. I did not give him the satisfaction and simply thanked him in a very nice way and drove away. As I soon inspected the order, I saw that he handed me a bag with 2 pieces of Rangoon instead of the 3 that was supposed to be in the order. This was his last attempt to bait me, by hoping i would go back there and ask for my full order... giving him yet another attempt to spark an argument. Instead, I decided to pull over and spend about 20 minutes typing this review and case in sociopathic behavior.
I wanted to detail what should've been a very simple 3-4 minute food return transaction was this very dangerous landmine of an employee Juan. I'm sure there are plenty of people like him out there and they are VERY dangerous to those around them. I'm not a therapist but I do have a degree in Criminology and studied antisocial personality disorders extensively. I could tell he was not just looking for drama/ a fight, but was obviously we'll practiced at being manipulative. In this case he was using that skill to try and make me upset and create drama at his place of work. Why he is trying to do that I don't know, but I hope someone does something about this guy before he baits the wrong person into a fight. If you end up hearing about a shooting at the Panda Express in Naperville, you can bet good money that somehow Juan was...

Why don't you allow workers to place a cone when the drive-through is closed?; Multiple times now I have gone to go through the drive-thru and they tell me it's closed and I just leave because I don't have time for that. I'm sure every single person that wastes their time trying to get food at the drive-thru has the same issue.
There used to be fresh teriyaki sauce and fresh spring roll sauce. Now there's packets. Only a single packet is given, even if you ask for more. The quantity is not enough in a single packet to be sufficient.
A lot of times within 1-2 hours of closing, they don't have the meat/item available so they lose a lot of customers because the food runs out. Why can't smaller quantities be made 2 hours before close? (Or at least offer to make it). That way people still get the items they want, and any leftovers can be given to the staff.
Prices went up a little bit more than the current inflation. I think fixing these things would help retain customers as well as create a better environment for staff (since I'm sure they're all making minimum wage)
Edit on October 2nd. You close the entire inside and do drive-thru only. I wasn't able to get dinner tonight...
Read moreTerrible service. When I got there around 5:30 pm. There were several things they sere out of. I wanted Kung Pao Chicken which was empty. The tall guy working there told me that they "are making it" and it'll be ready in 5 or 6 minutes, so I decided to wait. Even though there were several bowls that sere empty or almost empty, there was only 1 person cooking. As I watched the guy cooking, he prepared 2 other things but not the Kung Pao Chicken. After waiting 10 minutes I asked the guy who had promised that it was being made, why did he lie to me, it's been over 10 minutes and they haven't even started the Kung Pao yet? This unscrupulous individual lied to me again and this time he had a pompous attitude as if mad at me for pointing out to him that he lied. This is obviously a very poorly run restaurant. The people working there are inefficient, rude, poorly trained and despicable liars. If it's going to take 20 or 25 minutes, you should be honest and let the customer know that ahead of time. Don't lie to people and tell them it's only 5 ot 6 minutes. The manager of this restaurant should either be fired or properly trained because someone doesn't understand the definition of...
