Clean Juice Organic Cafe — Restaurant in Naperville

Clean Juice would be amazing if the staff made the orders with the ingredients listed otherwise there is no nutritional benefits as they state. I take pictures of my purchases to share with others as I was excited about getting healthy. I went in Tuesday this week and ordered a smoothie with hemp and went back Wednesday for the EXACT SAME DRINK and the color and taste was totally different. I asked the 3 workers they said what they gave me on Wednesday was correct and not the Tuesday one that I showed them the picture of. THEN, I wrote the owner Michelle she said her staff is well trained. Keep in mind the 3 staffers Ellie, Shannon and Abby said it was not made correctly and apologized. I am forced to find another place because I need assurance that I am getting what I pay for. I was visiting multiple times in a week and it was in close proximity to my home. The drink was the same size and it was a drastic color change and taste. I did the cleanse the week before and saw no real changes but I was going to keep it up because my belief was nothing instant- but now I question are the Clean Juices made correctly.

I understand and can assure you the team has been trained to follow strict recipes for every drink. That being said, organic produce (in this case kale) can vary in size which, in turn, can change the color of the drink.

y'all gotta do better. Went in last week on a rainy Saturday to get an acai bowl and was not greeted by any 4 of the employees and when I went to order the girl just stared at me. I had to be the one to say hi to the person taking my order. No hi what can I get for you today or anything. And then after I placed my order there was no "thank you" or "thanks that will be right out" she just walked away from the POS. it was as if she truly did not want to speak to me. And then the girl who made my bowl just placed it on the counter. And said dragon fruit bowl. I'm the only one waiting, it's clearly mine. You could have said "here's your bowl have a nice day" but there was no customer service whatsoever.

I definitely wanted to say something in that store but I was not about to be labeled or stereotyped by a bunch of hs yt girls. Being from the area I know Naperville has a reputation of being entitled and rude and you would think you'd train your employees to act differently but honestly that is embarrassing for y'all. Do better.

Intrigued by the name, we stopped in to see about getting a smoothie. After walking in and seeing a prayer request jar (which is amazing) , I realized something was different about this place. Much to my surprise and delight, I realized this was an ORGANIC shop. Ok, at this point, I was super excited because I have been looking for a place that actually sells organic smoothies to make it worth the splurge since we don't eat out often. I have been to a few smoothie shops, all pricey but none organic, so I always left unimpressed. My husband says I'm too picky and it's nice on occasion but my thought is: "I can make a better, organic smoothie at home." After ordering, I looked around and found that the company is Christian-based. OK, now I am totally in! When our drinks came, the cups had scripture written on the outside, 3 John 1:2. AWESOME!!!!! I don't use or keep plastic cups BUT I made an exception for these cups. I reuse them when I make smoothies for my son and me. I wish I had more. I would be glad to represent this company as I'm out and about. I LOVE what you're doing, representing and honoring God and our bodies with organic food & drinks. God's abundant...
