Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que (To Go Only) — Restaurant in Naperville

I have been a long-time customer at Dave’s BBQ, but the closest location to me shut down, so I have been visiting the Naperville branch. I've noticed that the quality of the ribs has been inconsistent. They are always overcooked, as if they've been sitting in an oven or crock pot for too long. However, there was one occasion when the ribs were absolutely perfect and delicious, I went back the next day and AGAIN overcooked! This inconsistency has left me frustrated and feeling like I'm wasting my money. Picked up Famous Dave's at Granite City in Naperville, IL. I love Famous Dave's but this was not the quality of Famous Dave's. Granite City is partnering with Famous Dave's and it is pick up or delivery only. Ribs and beef briskett was boiled, tough, not smoked for more than 15 minutes. Pulled pork was baked, slightly smoked. It was the most disappointing experience for Famous Dave's. Understandably, this was the Granite City staff trying using the Famous Dave's name. One of the worst delivery experiences ever. Ordered two entrees and two sides from this place. The burger and the sandwich were passable. However, all the other items were awful and gross; simply inedible. The mac n cheese actually tasted SOUR and bland, the coleslaw was clearly old (mushy and bitter), and the fries ($3.99 for not even a handful of fries, like 10 pieces) were DOUSED in a bucket of salt. We ended up tossing all of it out. I’m not sure if the B team is working the kitchen today or what, but I never would have spent the money if I knew the food was this bad.
