Fast, Friendly, Fire - THE BEST Pita Inn (Dine in or Take out or catering = 5*!)

Let me explain:

If you enjoy Pita Inn or Mediterranean food or just curious - go here:

Service: A1 5/5 The good homies up front taking your order are working hard but they know how to have fun too haha don’t be too serious and certainly be kind. They have made my day and made me smile and laugh whether I’ve dined in or catered out of this location multiple times - they know how to have a good time while conducting business and serving AMAZING FOOS. (We need more great folks like this out here!)

Food: (A1 5/5) When I cater from this location for 30-40 people the food is always, consistently delicious.

When I dine in the food is again, always, consistently delicious.

The falafel is soft fresh and tasty.

The pita bread so fresh!

The chicken shawarma sooooo good!

The Baba and Hummus Fire flame!

The entire menu and generous sauce tahini or red hot sauce is 10/10 consistently excellent.

Pictures added for your reference my friends.

I’ve been to multiple pita inn locations and also pita house locations and I tell ya - this 1 my favorite spot By far (no shade to the other locations- this Pita Inn is different in a GREAT...

My coworkers and I ordered a large amount of food and had it delivered through DoorDash. After waiting over an hour it was finally delivered. It wasn't the dashers fault because she kept us updated that she was waiting for the food. She also told us that they said they checked the entire order before handing it off to her.

When it finally arrived we realized that there was only one bag We realized that two entire orders were missing AND all the pitas for ALL the entrees.

We called and JOSE answered the phone. He was instantly rude and condescending. He told us we would have to order again to get our food. When we said that wasn't an option he offered a CREDIT and not a refund. After several minutes of back and forth he finally said he would refund the amount. We did the math after hanging up and he had shorted us almost $3. Not a big amount, but still not right.

All the food arrived cold and the fries we received were old and stale. How? Especially when the dasher had to wait for the food!? Unfortunately we will not be ordering from them again. There are many other options available to us...

The food was very good. I had a lamb kabob sandwich, and it was delicious. The pita was soft and so good, and it was closer to the"Arabic bread" more than a pita which I loved. The thing that I did not like was that it was stuffed with the fattoush. To me , fattoush is better on the side " as a side" than stuffed in the sandwich. The lamb kabob was very very good. I don't like too much spices; however, the kabob which was spiced a bit much for my taste was still good and I still loved it. My husband had a mixed shawarma plate with extra fattoush, and he liked it. I tried the shawarma meat "I think it was gyro" and it was good. It was a bit on the dry side, but still it was good. The tahini sauce was authentic which is hard to find in the US, and it was so good. The service was good, and the staff were nice and friendly. The place was clean. It was not crowded, but there was a line. You order the food at the cashier, and they give you a buzzer so you would get your food when it's ready. You can seat yourself; there...

My family and I popped in here after not having tried their food in years and we were not disappointed! Delicious Palestinian cuisine in a clean and beautiful space. Most of us ordered the combination plate and enjoyed it. I would say the only things we critiqued is the rice- we wished it was a longer grain rice and that an orange rice option was available- and that the combination plate should come with hummus. Other than that, the chicken and meat were seasoned and cooked perfectly. The salad was fresh and the dressing was delicious (I would buy a bottle). Their hummus, falafel, sauces, and fries were all great. The prices were reasonable for the portions. My only other wish is that they would discontinue selling Pepsi products- they offer a plethora of other beverage options that align with Palestinian morals.
