Ordered pizza and wings from this location through doordash. The wings were undercooked and still had pink in the middle. Called the store to let them know so that they could make sure to check their food before it gets to the consumer (didn't even get a chance to tell them that I ordered an 8 piece and only got 7). I was basically told by an employee because they order their chicken from Tyson and Tyson cooks it for them so all they have to do it reheat it in the oven for 11 minutes. So there is no way that the chicken could be undercooked. But he went and got his manager anyway. I tell the manager the same thing I told the employee and he also tells me that I'm lying and there is no way that it could be undercooked and they get their chicken from Tyson for this reason. I then asked if they quality control what they get in and was told yes. Obviously not. Then I tried to ask him if he had a number for Tyson that we can call to let them know about what had happened. He basically dismissed my question and proceeded to tell me that they have the best chicken in America and that everyone wants the chicken that they have and blah blah blah. I told him you obviously aren't gonna listen so you have a good day. Management was extremely unprofessional and rude. Definitely won't be ordering from this location again. Read moreJet's has been a weekly staple in our house for about a year now. However, after our experience yesterday I won't be ordering from them ever again. I called to order a pizza special with a coupon I had received in the mail a few weeks prior (expiration of 5/1). After placing the order, the total I received was about $10 more than the coupon price. When I asked why the difference, the woman stated "corporate raised the prices, sorry there is nothing I can do." I asked if the $11.99 coupon I had was still valid, she said yes, however, once again when I received the total it didn't add up. Not only did it take 15 minutes for me to place my order due to the pricing/coupon issues, the delivery of my pizza had the same coupons attached which I was just told (30 minutes earlier) were no good as the prices had changed. Read moreJets pizza in general has a lot of issues. With the recent passing of the founder it has been a difficult time for the corporate level. As far as the franchise owner(s) one is an owner of the local 59 store, and the other has recently engaged more in the store. The general manager of this store is a god send and truly a good person. Every place has there struggles but this store has the willingness to succeed with or without help from the owners, whom I know have recently messed up an order of menus and why there was an issue recently. Yes, I work there, but I'm not judging this store as an employee, yet more as a critic. Though the pitfalls are great, the general manager alone shows dedication and perseverance to do his best for the store...
