While I appreciate the low price, they definitely wouldn't be able to charge any more than they do. This place was subpar.
Upon first walking in, the lobby was awkwardly laid out, the desk far off to the side. The stairs were hidden and difficult to locate, and the elevator was unbelievably slow. At first glance the room seemed nice enough. Our excitement about the weekend kept us from getting too skeptical, though we were disappointed that the room was not as advertised on the site. Details below.
The bed literally broke underneath and fell apart halfway through the night. We weren't particularly violent with it either, it just happened when we went to bed. We were only provided with 3 small towels, all of which we had to use for one shower. The shower itself was old and crackled loudly when you stepped into it. Despite what the site advertised, there was no bathtub. The fridge was crooked and had to be opened and closed in a very particular way. The blankets were of such a weight that they slipped off to either side during the night, leaving us with just a sheet.
Then comes the service. I deliberately put the the Do Not Disturb sign on the door so we could sleep in. Regardless, at 10:00 on the dot the cleaning lady started beating down the door and nearly let herself in, scaring me out of a shallow and uncomfortable sleep. I answered the door, and the cleaning lady was insistent that we needed to be out immediately. The website said when we booked that we didn't have to leave until 12pm. It was 10am. Now, what I didn't take into account at the time was that it was daylight savings day, which meant that the woman trying to evict me thought it was 11am, and the hotel policy, which no one bothered to communicate to me, was that if you wanted to stay until 12pm you had to ask permission at the front desk. So while she wasn't exactly breaking policy she was unpleasant and far too eager to get me out of there. We quickly tried to get our stuff together and checked out, which was nearly impossible because no one was at the desk downstairs and it took minutes, as in more than 120 seconds for anyone to respond to the buzzer, which I didn't spam but should have.
Overall I did not enjoy my stay, and I will not be coming back. I'd rather shell out $110 for one night than deal with all of that...
Read moreWhen I checked into this hotel from the very first start it was an immediate unprofessionalism a lot of rudeness when I checked in with me and my children the staff that was on duty at the time of our check-in was very rude. Very unprofessional gave me a lot of problems. This is my first ever time staying at this hotel. I usually stay at the hotel next to them @ Tru by Hilton , they have across the parking lot but unfortunately they gave me a better price on price line so I decided to check them out for the very first time. It wasn’t until the morning time when I was able to speak with a different person he was very respectful. He was very professional. I do appreciate the man that helped me in the morning time as well as the manager very respectful, very professional, but just the unprofessionalism that I had to experience upon my check-in I was very displeased. I even thought about getting a refund for my room that night of our check-in we checked in about maybe 9 o’clock Maybe 10 PM and after we were distraught with so many issues and we were thinking about checking out right after we checked in just due to the unprofessionalism and the nine working systems as well as the staff at the time but unfortunately it was getting too late. My children did want to lay down so I just stayed here at my stay. I do not recommend this place as a comfort zone for women and children and even families. I very, very highly recommend a customer service in hospitality class for their staff. Here I’m looking for a more welcoming more tasteful more...

No compassion and was extremely rude I had to go somewhere very important and was headed back to pick up my daughters who informed me that esha Patel was trying to put them out of the lobby like they were trash .. the room we were in smelled like old seasoning and closed in we had to purchase disinfectant spray to deodorize the room and wipe things down that was the first night we ended up returning for a second night different staff checked us in they were polite but room didn’t have adequate towels so next morning I got more towels when I bump into esha Patel who proceeded to ask me what room I was in I asked her why? Because she recognized me from the previous day I informed her that my daughters told me how rude she was to them and she didn’t offer any apology I would never stay at this hotel again and ESHA PATEL need to take a refresher in customer service because no matter what the circumstances we are customers and need to be treated with respect and dignity at...
