Horrible place. I was driving by this morning and thought Id get something to eat. I ordered I believe the kale quiche (vegetarian). I pulled up to enjoy it and as I took the first bite, I noticed the bacon. I called and told them that they had given me the wrong one. The woman was very apologetic and told me to come back for either a refund or to get the one I had initially ordered. I told her that I wanted a refund because I had lost my appetite. No offense to anyone but I do not eat pork for religious reasons so to me it's a big deal, but I do however understand that mistakes do happen. As I pulled up to the window, she quickly handed me the other quiche that I didn't want, although I clearly told her over the phone I preferred a refund and I showed her the uneaten quiche. I didn't say anything, I just took it and drove off. Needless to say that both quiches ended up in the garbage. I am not a Pete's customer, and I know after this experience, I will never go there again. Oh and before I drove off, she said that she could take my name down so that I can get a free drink next time. My name down??? so the next time when I come back I have to tell whomever takes my order that my name is written somewhere and that I should be getting a free drink. Utterly ridiculous. I know she didn't mean that. If she really wanted to give me a free drink for the next visit, she could've handed me a...

I am on a diet due to an illness that doesn't allow me to have a lot of things, including caffeine, sugar or dairy. Stinks when you LOVE coffee. They have decaf espresso, so I wanted a late. They also have almond milk, but it contains cane syrup. I asked one gal if I could bring in some of my own almond milk that was unsweetened, for them to make me a late with. She kindly said yes! However, when I went to the cashier (a different gal), after getting my almond milk, she said they couldn't use it with their steamer. Now, I DO understand why, if for some reason it had been some other substance, it could ruin their steamer...however, the contradiction in what they told me, and what they did was discouraging and embarrassing for me. It's so hard to find any place that I can have a good drink, and I had my hopes up, only to be dashed. To add onto this all, it has been freeeezing cold both times I have been there, to the point where I cannot type on my computer, and their wifi was extremely slow. My husband and I will not be returning to this Peet's location. However, I'm sure we will go to a Peet's in general again. We've enjoyed...

🗣around my birthday last year I noticed how frequently my mobile orders for Starbucks would get denied. Starbucks CEO Kevin Johnson said the coffee company is not facing a shortage of supplies in cups and coffee.....hhmmmmm I thought to myself. Then why cant I order my.....nvm😁Per usu EYE searched for another location to fulfill my food&frapp necessities. And there Peet's Coffee was, glaring at me from Naperville right off of Ogden Ave. Rq, why do we say 'off of' Ogden when clearly it's on Ogden🤔But anyway, almost 2 months ago I read Starbucks is calling it's supply shortages TEMPORARY. WAIT. Didn't Kevin Johnson already report this wasn't a ting and now it's temporary lol. The supply-chain disruptions are not commercially unique but denying the reality of a failed attempt to deliver product during a global pandemic mos def is🙃Moreover, EYE haven't had any major issues with Peet's. Minuscule errors here and there but nothing worth removing myself from. If you're exhausted from what other companies are short on, I highly recommend Peet's, especially...

I usually really like this location but I've never visited during a morning rush. This morning I had to wait at about 5 minutes for a bakery item and 10 for my coffee. I understand the morning rushes are craaazy, but I noticed one older employee that seemed to not know how to handle the chaos. Another customer asked if drinks on the counter were hers and he literally put his hands in the air and said 'I didn't make them so I don't have any idea what they are.' That was painful for me to witness since I work in customer service and I would have asked my many coworkers to verify that customer's order was hers. And a blonde woman that I took for being the manager noticed a new menu item on a ticket and told someone she didn't know what it was. Isn't there training for new menu items? I ordered the chicken an waffle sandwich, it's good even though it wasn't stacked very well

Peet’s Coffee and Tea in Naperville always delivers an exceptional, eclectic unique experience, that honestly, your average Starbucks cannot match. A coffee house experience is never excellent without an exceptional crew, and the crew at Peet’s did not disappoint with their welcoming, easy-going attentive demeanor and warm attention to the customer. I ordered two (seasonal) hot large lavender, vanilla, almond lattes—one of them half decaf espresso for Katherine—and they were as amazing as the last one I personally consumed the day before!

So much better than Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts! The French Vanilla latte is delicious. And the fact that they sell coffee roasted in-house is awesome. I'm a fan of the Major Dickason's blend but they have some new roasts I haven't seen in the grocery store. It's a little pricey at almost $20 per pound, especially given that I used to get freshly roasted coffee in Austin for half that price, but it would probably make a great once-in-a-while treat. And if you get their mobile app you can get a free drink out of it.
