I opted for the seafood version at “regular” spice level, and it was a perfect balance of heat and umami, packed with tender shrimp, clams, and creamy tofu, topped with a perfectly cooked egg stirred in at the table. The banchan spread was a delightful bonus—crisp pickled cucumber, fiery kimchi, sweet-soy daikon, all refilled generously and spicier than most, which I loved. Each side dish complemented the main course beautifully, adding layers of texture and flavor. We also tried the pork bulgogi, served sizzling on a hot plate. The tender, thinly sliced meat, glazed in a sweet-spicy chili paste, was a crowd-pleaser, paired perfectly with their flawless stone-pot rice, which develops a crave-worthy crispy crust. Wait staff was very accommodating for our large party. 90% were here so we sat and started ordering, called the person on the way and got their order too. Was very glad this establishment was not one of those stupid ones that require the entire party present.

Food was very good! 1st time eating here, very experienced in Korean foods. Excellent quality of the dishes this place specializes in. Had the Mushroom. It was amazing! 4/5 on spice level was perfect! I'd go 5/5 in winter to warm up so more!

Side dishes were continually restocked on the table and we dug in eating without having to keep asking for them. Very attentive wait staff that earned their tips.

Beef was velveted nicely and was not super soft yet not chewy either. Spot on for our tastes and texture experience.

Clean restrooms and a calm atmosphere inspired great table talk without interruptions and need to shout. Don't know why restaurants are getting louder but this is not one of them. Very friendly staff and patrons. Will be back! And because of how close they are to H-Mart, our Korean grocery runs just got a new lunch place attachment!

Yay!!! I'm so happy this finally opened!! A group of 3 of us stopped in for a weekday dinner. By 630pm the place was sardine can packed. The space is set up the same when compared to other SGD locations, minimal and perfect.

Service was quick and consistent throughout our time there. Within minutes of arriving we were seated and provided water. Staff members were nice and checked in a decent amount.

I ordered the soondubu jjigae with veggies and mushrooms. There is an up charge if you add more than 1 ingredient. Instead of getting rice I got mine with ramen noodles which is also an up charge. I love that I was able to custom make my soup but don't love all the up charges lol. Either way - 1 DEVOURED EVERYTHING. SGD continues to be consistent with how flavorful their food is. It was spicy, bold, DELICIOUS! I've only had the soondubu jjigae from here but my Yelp friend turned into IRL friend, Sanjay N. got the chicken bulgogi. He mentioned that it is his go to item from here. I'm inspired to try...
