Good coffee drinks like any Starbucks. Fell and thank goodness the only two customers in the store helped me up because the floor was so slick it was hard to regain my balance and I don't know how I would have helped myself up. The employees pretended not to see me even though I was the only one to come in to the store for 3-5 minutes. Grateful that all I got was a scratch on my knee and bruised dignity.
Beautifully decorated store with a nice patio. Beware of smooth floor that did not look wet and was very slick and don't count on employees to help. I wonder what would have happened if there had been no customers to help me. I made sure to thank both of the gentlemen who helped me before I left with my drink.
I have gone back to the drive through and had no issues. That time I had friendly service with virtually no wait.
I do want to be clear that I don't think this was malicious. I suspect it was just poor employee training and supervision. I would like to think they would have acted if someone had been seriously hurt but who knows.

Read moreI’m writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding a recent mobile order experience at one of your stores.
After arriving to pick up my order, I waited over ten minutes, even though my drink was already prepared. Unfortunately, no staff member was available to hand it to me promptly. When someone finally gave me my drink, I took it to my car — only to have the lid immediately pop off. It was clear the lid had not been properly secured.
As a result, a large portion of the coffee spilled inside my car, causing a significant mess and forcing me to rush to a car wash for immediate cleaning. This caused not only great inconvenience but also additional expenses and stress that could have been entirely avoided.
All of this could have been prevented if someone had taken a moment to ensure the lid was securely fastened before handing over the drink. I truly value Starbucks and have always appreciated your service, but this experience was unacceptable.
I respectfully request that this issue be addressed seriously. I would also appreciate a response regarding how you intend to prevent incidents like this...
Read moreI am not a big fan of your food, for sure it is very expensive but I am here to make the STARBUCKS Management to know that because of your store getting to our home has become a big problem. You can afford to get a special entrance to your store everybody’s aware of that. The people who are coming to your store are acting stupid and arrogant like a drunk driver following the car to get to your Store and causing problems. I live in the neighborhood next to the store and recently your store and the EggCited customers have been having problem with me driving back to my home. It’s a very bad experience for me and I have been living here for the past 20+ years and I have never had this problem. It’s a shame that you guys have lots of money and causing problems for the people who live near your store. It should be taken care of by the City and you guys because we’re paying higher amount as Property Taxes to the City. You guys should work it out otherwise our house prices are going to go downhill and Starbucks and Naperville City Council should be blamed for this. The roads are so worst now...
