Cookies aren't bad, very tasty all around, but fairly doughy, making it hard to eat more than one and they ran out of 1/3 of their cookie options before dinner time. Cookies took 30+ mins to get out after ordered and orders were getting confused. All that can be excused by the rush of the place having only recently opened, but the manager was a nightmare. Yelling at customers to "get out" and at her staff "who let them in" because the inside was getting crowded. Understandable, but there was no one letting people in for most of the time we were there so most people were just following the line only to get yelled at by the manager. This happened for the entirety of the hour or so we were inside while her only reasoning was "its a fire hazard" and "it's not a joke". No one was arguing with her or deliberately trying to be a nuisance, but no one could follow her rules if they weren't aware of them and there was no signs or anything to that effect. She wasn't as concerned about the fly buzzing around the egg station that the employee was just annoyingly batting away... Not to mention there was no marked delineation between the order line, pick up line, and waiting line, all blending together at points. At one point I thought pickup customers were cutting people in line because there was no way to know who was there for what. They only just opened, so there is sure to be some growing pains, but there are some pretty evident issues with supply/demand, management, and communication/coordination. I feel like they'll grow into it, but I doubt I'll be...

It’s unfortunate to see that these most recent reviews were all left by disgruntled employees. For someone to go so low to harm a brand new business that two people worked VERY hard for is beyond my disbelief. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. I can personally say that Ginny and Ben have done nothing but amazing things for the community and their employees. They’ve helped an employee out with groceries when they needed it, they’ve provided Lyft rides for employees who could not make it to work just so they could continue to make a living and they’ve even donated things to a local woman’s shelter, the fire departments and local hospitals. They go above and beyond for their staff. It is inappropriate to have someone go as far as trying to to harm a business because they are upset. They need to move on and let it go. I hear there is lots of jobs hiring in town. You’ll be okay. No need to go destroying someone else’s life cuz your having a bad day. I can say as someone who has been a loyal customer to that store since the day they opened, that Ginny and Ben have done an amazing job as owners and leaders. Their staff is always smiling and having a good time when I go in there and I have had employees tell me how much they enjoy working for them. Please remember, you are affecting peoples families, their lives and children when you do this kind of stuff.

Love these cookies. The size of them warrants the cookie cutter they sell (however slightly overpriced) you feel like you get your money's worth. We often get the half dozen box and they last several days at a time. I love that they constantly rotate flavors while still carrying over some of the same. My favorite of these, for example, is the chocolate chip cookie that they have often, but some of the flavored or specialty cookies are incredibly sweet or come with a frosting that I feel is a bit unnecessary.

It is a blast to step outside of the box (pun intended) and try some unique flavors; hummingbird cake, reeses puff cereal, or even the shark week cookie were some of my favorites outside the plain chocolate chip. Still, that chocolate chip cookie hits different. If you're unsure of the full weekly list they do offer a four pack but honestly if you're going to spend the money just get the six pack and try all the flavors. If you have decent Tupperware they last for a good time in the fridge but obviously you're going to lose that signature chewy/melt-in-your-mouth goodness many of us enjoy.
