Dunkin’ Donuts at 6650 Collier Blvd has gone downhill. It’s rude manager and unfriendly service. I’ve been going for eight years and they are the least favorite Dunkin’ in Naples. They get annoyed if you return a burnt item, and several times I left and they did not complete my order. This is not good customer service. All I can say is I don’t need a hassle when I want breakfast, I need a pleasant atmosphere, they don’t seem able to accomplish that, they have been unbelievably rude, poor management, unsanitary bathroom, several leaks when I’ve been their, Thry rarely come around greeting their customers. So I say goodby and go to where my business is welcome on us 41 and...
