DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S at. 41 and Old Trail in Naples, FL I went to McDonald's yesterday through the drive-through after paying for my order it was taking them a long time to give me a hamburger and small fry at 8pm. The lady came up to me and I told her I could not wait any longer I needed my money back. She realized I was a driver and kept telling the crew I needed my order. Finally I could not wait any longer and told her I had to leave without my food or my money. Today I went inside the store and was going to get the order that I paid for yesterday. After not being acknowledged and waiting too long to place my order when they finally got to me I asked for my money back from yesterday's order. The lady recognized me and got the manager. I told the manager that I just wanted my money back from my order not being given to me yesterday. After being told a couple of times what my order was, he said he said that will be $2.46. Again I told him I wanted my money back when asked why I told him again. He proceeded to tell me several times that I was being rude and that I was laughing at him which I was doing neither. I told him I'm not being rude just firm since I told him several time which he stated I was listening to them (the crew). He finally places my money on the counter and states here's your money. Never saying I'm sorry & no apologies whatsoever. It's very sad being a customer for over 50 years being treated this way. I hope the friendly culture is not going away...

So I pulled up to the window to ask her name and while she was assisting the same drive through order. The manager was standing right next to her, so I asked the manager what the Drive-through employees and she looked at me and asked me why. I said I am a customer and I want to know what her name is. She did not want to give it to me. Then finally said Vanessa not sure if that’s really her name or not.
12:28 pm got in drive-through to order. I needed a couple of moments to pull up my app. My app was not loading and I was not sure what I was going to order.
There were not even any cars behind me.
The drive-through lady asked me What my code was and I told her I needed one moment, please . Less than a minute, she came back and YELLED at me to Make sure I have my order ready when I pull up to the window.

Read moreI'll preface this review with two things: I used to get great service at this location, and I have worked in fast food before. It is a stressful, thankless, and often not a fun job. That being said, it is also not a complicated job. This store can not get simple orders correct. DO NOT USE cash to pay - there is a 50/50 chance you receive the wrong change and no receipt (which means you are out of luck when trying to have their staff correct the issue). "Go check your car" "Well, my drawer is correct" - Totally dismissive and a terrible way to interact with customers (sorry, but shorting people 10.00-15.00 is kind of a big mistake to make). When I used to stop at this store, it was fine. The staff was friendly for the most part. It was clean and well kept. The orders were right 9 out of 10 times, which is a good ratio for fast food. The service at this store has steadily declined the last two years. They are understaffed, and the employees are trained poorly. I will have to avoid this store now.
