We attended the grand opening of Le Salier Monaco tonight after months of restoration, and it was absolutely worth the wait! They treated us with a 50% off on the full menu for the first night, and everything was incredible. The food was very good, but what truly exceeded our expectations was the outstanding service from Salvatore — professional, prompt, and efficient. He had great knowledge of Italian cuisine and wines, and his recommendations were spot-on. We ended up enjoying a Brunello, which paired perfectly with our dishes. Amazing experience at La Salière! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the food is excellent, and the service is top-notch. What a wonderful new addition to the Naples dining scene. On only the second day of its existence all was wonderful. Christian our server was courteous and professional. My wife’s chicken parm was served al dente and delicioso!! The Greek salad was cold crisp and properly dressed. My linguini vongele was served al dente and piping hot!!! The way momma Mia prepared it!!! Lastly the wine list is short but full of excitement. The Oberto Barolo was exquisite. As fine as piedmonte has to offer.
