Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Nappanee

My wife has come here for 5 years and everything was fine until she told them what they didn’t want to hear and she found a bead in her drink from a bracelet.. and now my wife is the monster and the manager had a recent death in the family so she wants to take it out on my wife so she told her not to come back after today and said drink was on them but still took the points my wife had saved for the blender which was over 400 points. The manager named DEE is rude snobby and she’s selective on your service. She lets the girls stand around and chit chat and some girls don’t even know the menu either! Teach them. And not to mention yesterday when I came in to get my husband and I a drink it was over flowing and it spilled everywhere and they did not even offer me napkins or anything. I admit I was one of those long time Starbucks addicts. I always knew that I could get a drink I enjoyed with Almond or Oat milk at any Starbucks. The problem with Starbucks many times is having to wait, sometimes quite a long time to get my drink. Not with Scooters. Even if there is a line of 4 or 5 cars I know I won't be waiting more than a few minutes for my drink. Speaking of the drinks, Scooters espresso is smooth and delicious. Sometimes Starbucks can be a bit too strong or bitter/acidic but Scooters is ALWAYS spot on, every time. Also, make sure to get the Scooters app. Their rewards system is great and the app is easy to use. My one complaint is that I can't customize the number of pumps of syrup in my drinks on the app if I'm ordering ahead. But that isn't an issue because Scooters is so quick that ordering ahead isn't necessary. I am a convert! Scooters has definitely...

I will never complain about this shop. The staff are always super nice! They always ask if i want the whip cream on top, because of my almond milk choice in my coffee. They always have a smile, and they make good recommendations if you don't know what is good! I get my drinks within 5min of ordering almost every time if there is a line. My favorite coffee shop!
