Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Narragansett

Usually when I eat here the food is good, and I never complain much. except for recently. I ordered a bread bowl, they got the bowl part and forgot the bread. When I called back they tried to say that they always have a problem with us. They though that we ordered a side order. When in fact they forgot part of the dish(the bread). After I asked to talk to the manager did they're attitude change and finally realized it was their fault. Apparently, because they have a lot of new people working there and when we called and placed the order we were not specific enough. Learn your job people its not that hard. Take it from someone who is a manager at 2 different businesses. Then the next time we ordered apparently they do not deliver to where we are but a half a mile up the road they do... nuts to get there they would have to take the same turn around. Hopefully they smarten up. And the next time we order here it will be like before when...

Terrible. Ordered online for the convenience. Never again. The order came 20 minutes past the time the delivery tracker said it was delivered. Pizza ordered was extra cheese, I received a normal amount of cheese (they are still using their nasty marinara recipe from the 90's), ordered cinnamon sticks received no icing, wings were fine (we're having a 3 kid sleep over). The kids aren't eating anything because the pizza is disgusting not hot and no icing for the cinnamon sticks. Waste of money. So I called to get a refund, sure come down to the store and get it! Terrible customer service. Too many good pizza places in the area to waste money on dominos that's...

I waited an hour and a half to get a cold pizza. I drove to the dominos to get my pizza because i got mad that delivery wouldn't bring my pizza. On top of that i was charged the fill price of the meal after i used 60 points in the Domino's rewards program. I asked to speak to the manager but i was told "no, we dont handle the rewards program". I was lied to when i asked for my delivery fee back and was told it would be refunded but the cashier did nothing. I understand it was only $3, but you are taking my money without providing any service, that is called stealing. Ask me again why i am giving this store a 0...
