Ordered an iced chai with cloud foam. Employee knowingly did not put the lid on all the way and I spilled my drink. Other employee saw this happen and offered to make me a new drink with the lid on and I got a bigger size. Thank you to that employee for making it right and shame on the other girl who’s a you know what and tryna do me dirty but...

The people who work here are so darn sweet and kind and they make my coffee so good, but they almost always give me 2% instead of oat milk so if you have a dairy issue just double check your order, but other than that...
