Restaurant frequently marked orders are ready for pick up before they’re actually ready for pick up when asking the general manager why they do this she proceeded to lie to me and tell me that the orders were marked is ready by a third-party company. After contacting the third-party company, I discovered that in fact, the restaurant is responsible for marking the orders as ready for pick up, and they are doing this to ensure their numbers look good in the system that they are not late on their orders which intern reflects on me and makes me look like I’m late for my orders. I don't understand the restaurant. With a Cibao name on it, you may think you will get traditional Dominican food. It was Spanish food, but not the real tasty Dominican flavorful food. The stewed Beek didn't have the Dominican flavor of the traditional "carne guisada." it was missing everything, such as salt, tomato paste, oil, and more. It was cooked for the American customers.
