They guided us and soothed our worries, making the journey feel comfortable and positive. On the installation, Peter spent the past three weeks working on our home and giving us the most beautiful floors we'd ever seen. It's hard to capture in words his exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, talent and work ethic. He is a joy to work with and you can trust that he will treat your home as if it were his own. He has pride in his work and is phenomenally talented! My neighbors brought to our attention just how hard he worked while we were away at work. He was always punctual and very patient with my never ending questions. We could not be more pleased with the work Tile Gallery has done for our home. Over the past 5 years, three bathrooms, a kitchen and family room have all been beautifully transformed by Tile Gallery. Their quality work has kept us going back to them over and over again. All of the projects were very large and complicated in scope but the attention to details was always taken and even the smallest detail was never overlooked. The latest job was a floor to ceiling ledgestone fireplace with a floating granite shelf. It has transformed our family room and has become the focal point. We could not be happier with the professional way that all of the jobs were handled. From start to finish, Tile Gallery was there the whole time, from helping us pick out the tile, mosaic pieces, and matching granite, to the care and attention to the details of the install. Care was always taken to keep the room clean and the mess to a minimum, and everything was always finished on schedule. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. WOW 😘. Peter Bersani conducted a master class in "how tile is DONE" on our kitchen, bathroom and foyer floors. His attention to detail shows and we absolutely LOVE our new flooring. We love it so much, that we decided to replace our old kitchen granite countertops AND add a beautiful backsplash as well with Peter's help and guidance in choosing just the right backsplash for our kitchen. But, we couldn't stop there!! We were so happy with the kitchen, we decided to tile our large mud room entryway (which wasn't in the plan, originally.) We're getting all of this through Tile Gallery Nashua and Cabinet Gallery (their sister store in the same plaza). Gary at Cabinet Gallery has been an absolute pleasure to work with like Peter is, and we couldn't be happier with our choices. Well done, Tile Gallery & Cabinet Gallery!
