If you're looking for a place to chow down on some deliciously feathered chicken wings, look no further than Buffalo Wild Wings! The restaurant's innovative approach to cuisine ensures that you never know what you'll find in your food - whether it's a bone or a beak, or even a little bit of fluff! But don't worry, the feathers only add to the texture of the wings. And who doesn't love a little bit of crunch in their food? Plus, it's always exciting to play "find the feather" with your dining companions. It's like a fun surprise in every bite! And if you're worried about hygiene, don't be! The staff at Buffalo Wild Wings are experts at picking out feathers from the chicken wings. They even leave a few in there just for the thrill of the game. It's like dining at a high-end restaurant that specializes in "guess what's in your food"! So, if you're feeling adventurous and up for a bit of a challenge, head on over to Buffalo Wild Wings. You never know what you might find in your food - but hey, that's half the fun, right? Just be sure to bring some floss for those pesky feather remnants stuck between your teeth.

Normally, this is a solid choice. Autumn at store 3815 is obviously the glue that holds that store together because we came in today and unfortunately she was not there. This was singularly the worst service we have ever had. There was an entire empty bar full of dirty dishes for the entirety of our meal. The entire crew except for the bartender sat at a table in the corner and did nothing. Our appetizer (Fried Pickles) came out fast. That is the high point of this experience. Our order of chicken fingers was obviously forgotten and sat in the back to get cold. FYI: tossing them back in the hot grease to warm them up only over cooks them. We were so disappointed by this visit that even though we usually get great food and service at store 3815, we won't be back...ever. That's how bad it was.

Husband had hot bbq wings. $23 for 15 wings with no sides. A bit pricey considering I got a nice chicken sandwich and fries for $11. Also overcharged on their advertised $8 Titos and Lemonade. Rings up at &9.50 and waitress said she wasn’t sure why, which would be okay but no offer to get it corrected. I understand the special probably wasn’t loaded on POS but it was brought to their attention and nothing happened. It was fairly small too. Chicken sandwich Taste was good, cooked well. Wings, well done. Fries are basic shoestring, nothing special. Wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here. Hubby loves wings so we had a meal .

Picture this: You walk into Buffalo Wild Wings, stomach rumbling, dreams of crispy wings and gooey cheese curds dancing in your head. It’s a Friday night. The place isn’t empty—people are still eating—but the entire staff is in full “get out” mode, scrubbing counters like they’re prepping for a health inspection rather than serving customers.

We take a seat at the bar, hoping to get some late-night grub, but plot twist—the bartender looks at us like we just asked them to cater a wedding. Sigh. You know the sigh. The “I’d rather do literally anything else but help you” sigh. The “Why are you even here?” sigh. The kind of sigh that makes you wonder if you accidentally walked into someone’s funeral.

Now, we’re not monsters. We get it—closing in 30 minutes isn’t ideal. But last I checked, 30 minutes is still a half-hour of being OPEN. If you don’t want people to show up, maybe change your hours to “Kitchen closes whenever we feel like it.”

But the real kicker? Another poor soul wandered in, double-checked if they were open, and got so much attitude from the bartender that they turned around and left immediately. At this point, I wasn’t just hungry—I had so much secondhand anxiety that I wanted to leave too. And we did.

The best part? A brand-new casino just opened next door. It’s packed. People are spending money. Friday nights are only going to get busier. But BWW? Nah. They’ve got bigger priorities—like making sure the counters are spotless while potential customers are literally walking out the door.

Final thoughts? If you like being treated like a nuisance for daring to crave wings within legal business hours, this is your spot. Otherwise, hit the casino, grab a burger, and enjoy food from a place that actually...

I called in a pickup order of medium xtra crispy teriyaki wings, with fries. They upsold me on a $5 burger and fries deal, this was for my son so it was just a plain cheeseburger and bacon only. We got to the store right at the 20 minute mark and due to my back injury, my son went in to pick up the order. After an additional 10 minutes went by my son had not come out yet so I went inside to see what the holdup was. The person at the counter said that someone else was checking on the order. After another 10 minutes went by, the food was still not ready and I was requesting a refund, which he said only a manager could do. Shortly after that the manager came out of the kitchen area with my food. She tried making excuses, first being that the kitchen did not get the order until 13 minutes ago, which I ordered well over 40 minutes ago. So, they did not even enter our order until we were already there for 7 minutes. Then she tried to tell me that the Xtra crispy chicken takes more time to cook, which should be a minute or two not over an additional 20 minutes, which should have been taken into account when il placed the order originally and they gave me a 20 minute time frame. Then they charged me $12 for the $5 burger and fries deal because they said it was a dine in special not a too go special, which was not communicated during the ordering process. I'm frustrated at this point and I just take the food and leave. I get home to find that the burger did not have bacon on it, but had everything on elsee too include mayo and mustard which my son will not eat, so that was a waste of $12 as my son heated up some leftovers instead. Worst experience ever and will likely...

My wife and I usually love to go and catch the UFC fights when there is a good card. I walked in and was seated at a high bar top table, which before we sat down, I politely asked to sit at a low top, so my wife and I don’t have to dangle our legs all night. The waitress made us feel like it was an absurd request. With a copious amount of open table options to watch the fight, after 10 minutes of waiting we were finally seated at honestly the number one worst spot to see the fight, with all those TVs I couldn’t see even one. 😅. If you have read this long you are probably thinking I am high maintenance… I swear I’m not 🤷🏼‍♂️… so, we asked our new waitress if we could sit somewhere at any of the 10+ tables on the floor that had a better view. We are easy customers, just 2 beers and some wings and a water and that’s all we would need. She said okay and looked around, then waived us to what was now what I identified as the #2 worst place to watch the fight in the entire establishment, except it was outside and now we couldn’t hear the volume even if we did want to listen. Call me Karen, but at this point it was almost comical how much these people didn’t care or didn’t want to make some good tip money. I have never felt like a complete nuisance for showing up to a restaurant. So I did what I have never done before in my 28 years of life, I walked out.

If someone actually takes the time to read this, would love to hear your thoughts on what you as the customer might have done, or what would you now do other than complain moving...
