The service is great, the value is great, I have never had a screen break with a zagg screen protector on it, and the last one I cracked and didnt get it changed out for a almost a year because I hate going in the mall - my only 2 complaints are that you have to go into a mall to replace them, which I hate doing - I wish they had them in strip malls or at least near the entrance or something where I could just stop at zagg itself without walking through a Dicks sports store and a bunch of other people trying to sell stuff to get to it. Second, whenever you get a new phone theres no discount for members who are basically upgrading. The new screen protector costs like $50 or $60 every time you change your phone even though its exactly the same one as the $10-12 replacement I get 5 times after that over the next couple years. I wish there was a decent discount when you decide to get a new zagg for a new phone cause thats where you always almost lose me. I get sick of going to the mall and I get sick of paying $50+ for a new screen protector when I've just upgraded to a more expensive phone, had to get a new case, charger, AppleCare plan, if I'm gonna spend $50 I feel like next time I might just get something on amazon for $15, save myself $35+ and replacing it will cost about the same as replacing the zagg one, plus I won't have to drive to, park at, and walk through a mall. I dont mind paying so much for the initial protector, but my first one was probably $30 and now every time I upgrade my phone the new screen protector starts at $50-60. I got one for my iPad and it was $50... thats more than twice the size of my phone it shouldnt be $50+ for a phone one. If you can do unlimited replacements for $12 and still profit off that then $50 is just a slap in the face. But the customer service, the speed of the employees putting on the screen protectors, the professionalism and courtesy are always 5 stars. After purchasing a new iPhone from the Apple store, I went over to ZAGG to purchase a glass screen protector. The man working there, SamP according to the receipt, did not give me his full attention as he was attempting to multitask with multiple customers. He put the screen protector on my phone and handed my phone to me and I noticed that the edges did not appear to be stuck down completely and I could push it down with my thumb and then it would come up again. When I asked Sam P why it was doing this, he shrugged at me and said it was a “halo effect” due to a “curved screen”. Upon further investigation I discovered that he lied and Apple phones do not have the curved screen he was referring to due to the LCD matieral they are made form as opposed to the Samsung OLED. When I had to go out of my way to make a second trip to the mall the next day, Sam P told me again there was nothing he could do about the screen. When I told him that I no longer wanted it, he suddenly pulled out another glass screen protector and put it on my phone. This protector still had the same problem although it was to a lesser degree. When I was still not satisfied with this protector, Sam P rudely told me “then you’ll have to have no protector and I can’t help you” and his attitude continued through the refund process. These guys are awesome. I have all my electronics covered here. From the five iPhones in the family (three iPhone 4S & two iPhone 5), to my personal iPad 3 and macBook. I have never been so satisfied with the customer service and the product. All the iPhones have the full body protection as well as the mac. I switched it up with a nice leather shield on my ipad to compliment my smart cover.

Their warranty is great too. Damage it, ruin it, destroy it, have your product swapped out under its manufactures warranty, no matter what the problem is. Just bring the old shield back, no receipt needed (which is great). Pay the original install fee and you have yourself a brand new shield. These guys are insanely good at installing these ZAGG Shields. The way they do this is an art, an art that they perfected. I tried installing this on my iPhone screen a few times, 15-25 minutes later I had, bubbles, dust and it was crooked too :( haha. There is this one guy, who is always very knowledgable about the business and the product. What took me 20 minutes for a phone screen, it took him 4 minutes tops to do my entire iPad and maybe 10 minutes to do the 5 phones.
