This is going to be lengthy but feel it needs to be said. I can only hope that the girls working the drive thru this AM do not treat anyone else how they treated my friend and I. People have bad days... I get it, but I was honestly shocked at how rude they were. Giving attitude that my friend didn’t say the correct name of an item , claiming it had be discontinued then when we figured out what she wanted they proceeded to tell us “well we don’t have it anyway its frozen and we cant serve it.” Then when we continued with our order, we were interrupted mid speaking with “anything else? Yeah uh huh anything else” before we could even proceed after every. Single. Word. Then we pull up to the window to pay and they “didnt remember the order for the register” which they did not apologize for (besides the point. We weren’t offered a receipt which we had to wait what seemed like an enternity for a copy of, holding up the line behind us. I work in customer service and can not imagine treating guests the way we were treated. I hope these ladies realize how much their bad attitude affected me and will affect others in the future if they continue. They will not have jobs...

Only because, I believe maybe they weren't listening or they were distracted. Their track record is good.....they need to keep up...
