Soprano's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Nashua

I have lived in the area for about 4 1/2 years now. We are continual customers of Sopranos. We love the pizza so much we recommend it to everyone I know.

However, the service I received tonight was absolutely TERRIBLE. I am honestly in shock. I ordered online (as I usually do) for delivery. Once a little over a hour passed, I called to check in on the status. I was questioned about my food arriving. The staff did not believe that I was being honest in the fact that I did not received my nearly $50 dinner for my family. I asked to speak to the manager -- the manager then proceeds to tell me that I am going to need to come pick it up (again after paying delivery and tip and not receiving my meal) because he is not going to send it out again "for nothing". I started saying I could hear the description that the delivery driver was giving in the background, in regards to my house and clarified, that was not my home. He hung up on me. I then called back for the counter girl to answer. As soon as I start to explain who I am, she hung up. I call back, she picks up and hangs up. This happened THREE TIMES. My husband had to call from a separate number just to get them to give us the time of day. No priority to getting our meal out, not fully sure it will even be sent out the second time based on the response we got with stating we did not get it in the first place (still waiting).

I'm giving Sopranos a 1 star, The delivery was fast and quick, food was hot and I have gotten Steak & Cheese Subs and other subs from them before which was great. My family & I ordered 3 large pizza's and an order of their Cheesy Bacon Fries. Well I always heard sopranos has great pizza, well none of us ate more than a slice, the sauce was way to sweet on all 3 pies we ordered, it was also clumpy and overdone....I'm not the biggest fan of sweet sauces, but this was over the top like a sweet candy pie...all 3 pizzas had this signature taste and it was awful. I'll never get their pizza again. I think they have a great Steak and Cheese Sub and a few other good items but that pizza was just terrible. My family has gotten their pizza before and said this was different than when they had it years ago.....Definitely recommend anyone buying their pizza, have them lighten up on the sauce....There is just far better alternatives for Pizza in downtown Nashua like Espressos (my personal favorite) or even 7 star has a better pie. Maybe last night was a bad exception but overall way to sweet and way to clumpy on the sauce, Even a reheated slice in the microwave the following morning was just meh and...

Wow, what a disaster. DON'T BOTHER! Currently I am out $40 for an order that was never delivered, and I can't get anyone at the restaurant to help me or call me back. I tried to order online on 10/19, and kept getting an error message. I called to see if the order went though - it hadn't. I spoke to a nice woman who took my order, but not my name, full address or phone number. 90 minutes later, the order still hasn't arrived. I called to find out what was going on, and was told the delivery guy called me, but I never answered, so he left. Which absolutely didn't happen, I had my phone nearby because I was, you know...waiting for a pizza delivery! I asked how much longer it would be to get my order and was told about 45 more minutes. At this point, it was like 8:30 so I said just to cancel the order. Which they did, but never refunded the charge. Two weeks later, I still can't get anyone at this place to give me my money back.
