I'm writing this review about the breakfast offerings at Wendys only.
Officially, breakfast service at Wendys nationwide is slated to begin on March 2, but many Wendys have begun serving breakfast early.
The Good: If there was any justice in this world, McDonalds would never again sell another single breakfast sandwich, because the offerings at Wendys are THAT MUCH BETTER. I had the Breakfast Baconator Meal, and tasted the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit. Both were excellent. The breakfast fries that accompany the meal are tasty and have the flavor profile of good quality diner home fries. The orange juice (an upcharge for a meal which normally comes with coffee) is the 11.5 ounce bottle of Simply Orange brand, which is far superior to what McDonalds serves out of giant plastic bladder. It was a great breakfast meal for the price.
The Bad: They haven't got the service down. We ordered a #4 with coffee and cream and a #7 without egg and with orange juice. At the window Cora asked if I'd ordered two #7s. I corrected her and then listened to her shout the order back to the kitchen, and had to (for the third time) tell her the #7 was without egg. The coffee and cream was delivered without cream and had to be passed back for cream to be added. Our order arrived and we drove away, and the #7 had the egg that I had explained THREE times I didn't want. With the egg, the sandwich was still pretty good (Breakfast Baconator).
Typically this Wendys doesn't make order mistakes. I assume they'll improve their breakfast service with time, and I realize they had to ramp up their staff to handle breakfast, which only began three days ago. It's the only reason I didn't give...
Read moreJust left the Wendy's at the Nashua mall area. Wish I could say I'm shocked at how the food was,but this is the second time it's been cold and left in the warmer too long. I figured, first time,ok everyone is entitled to an off day, however this time, same issue. Unfortunately I go to that location because it's easier on my son's break time,as he works across the parking lot. Burgers should NOT sit in the warmer longer than 16 minutes, the fries shouldn't either, especially when rush is over and no need to be rush ready. The burger itself was so cold and you could tell it had been sitting too long as the cheese was hard around the edges, and when opened, because they got the order wrong, you could tell where they pulled off the lettuce. UNACCEPTABLE. I've worked in the food industry for many years and no way would I eat that,so there would be no way I'd let a paying customer eat that,it's called having pride in your work, which clearly is a rarity these days. The fries were cold as well. Nothing should have been cold for just going across the parking lot. Not that it matters to this establishment or any other fast food place but, when sales start decreasing, don't ask why. Especially for the prices people pay,the quality of food should be better as...
Read moreI ordered at the drive thru window at 14 Gusabel ave Nashua mall Nashua NH on Friday 09/22/23 around 8:30 pm. I didn’t complete my order because the girl at the window was a bit disturbed. She held my card outside the window and shook her hand up and down. I asked what was wrong and She said “DON’T TOUCH MY HAND” Seriously? How crazy is that? I held the card out and she grabbed it from me. So wouldn’t she have been the one to accidentally touch my hand. She continued to glare at me so I told her I would eat somewhere else and to give me my card back. She said oh good. Get out of here. I decided not to complete order so I can’t tell you if the quality of the food was good or not. She might want to find a job where she doesn’t have any contact with people if she is so paranoid about germs. I do not recommend eating at this Wendy’s they are obviously having difficulty finding quality workers...
