I went thru the drive thru and ordered the chicken strip (3 piece meal) was told it would be a 5 minute wait which I agreed to, and asked for a coke with no ice. Pulled around with 2 vehicles in front of me. Not sure how long it was till I got to the window but estimated 5-6 minutes. The employee didn't greet me or open the window, this was for almost 4 minutes before the window was opened and told the total for my food. Handed the employee the cash and they slowly made the change. I was then given my 3 pieces of chicken and small fry in a large t-shirt bag (Arby's plastic sack) but only about 1/3 of the fries were still in the box, the chicken didn't survive, they were in the bottom of the bag with the other fries, then I was handed my coke which was 2/3 full to which I asked if they could please fill the cup up, which they did. I then asked for some Buffalo sauce for there were none in the bag. I then pulled to the other side of the building to park and ear in the parking lot. The fries were Luke warm, the bottom of the bag was greasy and the chicken I was to have to wait for were room temperature at best and were tough and tasted as though they had been there for a while.
I normally don't write reviews for we all know (or should know) that sometimes we just have a bad day. Well I hope this was one of those bad days!
And Arby's if you want to know it was 8/6/21 @10:27:39 pm order id: AAA3NJ9SAJDN in...
Read moreI decided to give this a try again, worst idea ever. I pull up to drive through and wait for them to ask what I would like, I keep waiting....still waiting, 22 minutes go buy and I wonder if maybe the speaker is broken since I said hello at minimum of 10 times, I pull around and see a girl with headset on talking to a very dirty looking individual by the drink machine, he looks at me and I make an "open the window" gesture and so he does, I ask if the speaker is broken and his reply to me was " No, you just aint wait long enough" Now I have been through anger management recently so he is a very lucky little boy, My reply was OH I waited for almost 25 minutes, and to this his reply was (in a raised voice) "YEAH like I said you need to wait longer" Bless him Jesus, is all I could think to save him. Needless to say I left and obviously wont be back there again which meh their food is below par 99 percent of the time anyway. I really hope with the new upgrade they are doing in Bellevue they will close this and open either a better fast food (fast being key word here) place or maybe nice bakery. I just can't figure out how all these places are good to great elsewhere but when they come to bellevue they turn garbage. I have rambled enough, DO NOT eat here, its unclean, rude staff, horrible food and bad behaved...
Read moreWent inside store to order, approx.10-15min prior to closing. Employees were very friendly, prompt & helpful. Ordered Classic Roast Beef sandwiches 4 for $10 deal & a large Jalapeño Poppers (8ct, cream cheese filled) w/an extra side of the Bronco Berry dipping sauce. Food was made to order & extremely fresh, even that late at night & so close to closing time! My order was ready in under 5min, came out piping hot & was absolutely delicious! =) Would def recommend trying their Jalapeño Poppers if you've never had them! They're top-notch & the Bronco Berry dipping sauce complements the cream cheese filling perfectly.
I've been here several times in the past 3mos, and they've been great on every single trip & order! The fries always come out fresh & steaming hot, and the wait is never long, even in the drive-thru. Plus, if you prefer to order inside instead, their lobby is open until closing as well, so you're never forced to order in the drive-thru at any point, which I...
