My wife stopped into the Nashville, TN Arby's at 4097 Nolensville Pike tonight on her way home. She ate there and then purchase a large Jamocha shake with the largest size Arby's Roast beef to bring home to me. Because i love the sandwich with a lot of Horsey sauce and they only gave her a total of 3 sauces [I don't use the others] she asked for more. They indicated that they [as a matter of current policy] do not provide more. This wouldn't have been a problem as if I had been dining in I expect I could have gotten more, but as a disabled Vietnam Veteran she normally picks up this kind of stuff for me. As a college student during the sixties I used to work at an Arby's near the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. We never treated people so shabbily then but I guess things have changed. If I had spendt that much money at McDonalds or Taco Bell they would have [and have always] given me however many sauces I wanted. If I could still drive, I would have politely argued with your staff and then "voted with my feet" and rarely if ever returned. I feel sorry that Arby's is willing to lose it customer base over such an economically poor practise. I will make sure sure that any of my friends that I talk to are warned about your policy as well. I expect you will continue to lose business with this poor practise. Your...
Read moreI've been a frequent customer of this Arby's during the past 12 months, making 30 visits and spending over $170. Generally the drive-thru service has been excellent, but lately it seems that some employees taking orders just aren't paying attention to what the customer is ordering. You are advised to check your order before driving away since there is a good chance that you got something you didn't order. For example "crinkle fries" does not sound like "curly fries" to me but that's what I got on my last visit. I really like the milk shakes but it's not likely I will be returning as often as I have in the past until they reopen the dining room. After my visit on 7/12/22 I am downgrading this location to 2 stars. I placed an online order with scheduled pickup about 30 minutes later. When I arrived at the online order counter at the scheduled pickup time, my order was not ready; the sandwich was ready but the milk shake was not. I was then asked what I had ordered so they could complete the order. I was not given a receipt and had to ask for one. The attendant said I would have to wait for the manager to return since she did not know how to print a receipt for an online order. Fortunately I only had to wait a few minutes. What is the point of ordering online if you have to tell them what you ordered when you...
Read moreWe went out Arby's yesterday to eat. As we stood in front if the cashier taking our order an employee came up next to us and literally screamed for another employee behind the cook line. Instead of going back to find her, she screamed it was an emergency and told other employees to go find her. Then she said quietly that it wasn't anything bad. Once the other employee came to the front, they disappeared towards the bathroom and were still yelling and squealing loudly. About five minutes later I needed the ladies room. As I opened the door, I discovered that was where the loud employees had gone to talk on the phone. I accidentally walked in to the unlocked restroom and was quickly chased out and one if the employees shoved the door shut in my face and locked it. I had to wait ten minutes before they finally came out to go back to work. Even after they were back in the kitchen, they were hooting and hollering and completely dis regarding the fact that there were customers trying to have a peaceful lunch. It's one thing to have fun at work,, it'another to be so loud and disruptive that it makes your paying customers want to leave before they've...
