Arby's — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I haven't liked Arby's for a long time, just don't like the taste. My son had his heart set on the new Good Burger. Well I got two, went through the drive thru. Ordered one meal as it comes, and one with curly fries instead of crinkle and the burger with no veggies. The person taking the order said "Ok, so meat, cheese and sauce only?" Yes. I pulled around and paid for the food. I looked in the bag, saw 2 foil wrapped burgers, crinkle fries and curly fries. So I headed home. When I got home we were upset to find the burgers were wrong. Both were meat, cheese, sauce and pickles. So I called them up to see what they could do to correct it. Well, I had to take the burgers and drive them back, to get correct ones. Ok, annoying, but honestly how else would they fix it? So I drove up and went in. Well there was a woman working the counter. She acknowledged me after a few moments and asked what was wrong with my order since she saw me holding a bag. I told her about the burgers, and she took the receipt I was holding and said "so they were made right, but you ordered them wrong!" What? She pointed out the second order which said "NO lettuce, NO tomato, NO onion". Ok, well my husband looked online and didn't see pickles listed as a topping, but I also said, no veggies. Plus the first one was supposed to have everything on it. She gave me an eat sh!t and die look, snatched the bag and chucked it in the trash. She yelled to the line cook that she needed two good burgers. One with everything and one with no veggies. Well the line cook told her they were going to be a minute because she needed to restock some things and they were out of the buns so it would have to be sesame seed buns. The worker didn't say a word to me after that. At one point the cook hollered out thru the window if the plain one wanted sauce, to which I replied, "yes, meat, cheese and sauce only please. Thank you ma'am" The front worker then handed a couple their food and loudly and in a backhanded insult told them thank you for being so kind and patient. I literally was just standing there. I was yelling at her or staring her down. I was playing on my phone. As the cook was putting the last burger together, she told the person working the window to stop taking orders. There were probably 5 cars still in line and at least 20 minutes till they were supposed to close. The woman working the front put the burgers in a bag and practically threw them on the counter in front of me, then amazing l snatched up the receipt and balled it up and threw it away. I still said thank you, to no reply, and walked out. I have never wanted to walk back into a restaurant and slap a B so bad before. Rude, disrespectful, argumentative and just a B. I won't be going back. She thought she grabbed the receipt so I couldn't complain, but too bad for her, I already...

Seems like just about EVERYWHERE I GO, you just can't find that (thing), we use to call, "Customer Service"! I ordered an Arby's double roast beef, with... mayo, lettuce, tomato... simple right? Well, I get my sandwich, and need I remind you, I payed extra for the tomato & lettuce, and the sandwich has these "half dollar sized" ends of a tomato! After taking my sandwich back to the counter, and requested better cut tomatoes, I received the same end cuts again! 😲 At this point, I said, "are you guys serious "???!!! The front line person asked the sandwich builder, for some better cut tomatoes. And her reply??? "I'm not going to cut a new tomato"!!! Really??!!! 😠 So, the manager over herd me, and cut a new tomato himself!! 5 minutes later, I finally get to put the tomatoes "I payed for," on my now, "cold sandwich"! Folks, I don't know what the heck people are thinking anymore!!! I mean, they make $14 to $15 dollars an hour... serving & preparing fast food now! I can remember, as a cook back in 1987, I think I made $2.35 an hour, and we took pride in what we served!!! You know, treat folks the way YOU would like to be treated! Went thru the drive through today to pickup the sandwich that was advertised on the sign “Pecan Chicken Salad is back”. First thing I was told was “we’re out of the bread, would you like rye bread instead”? Obviously, rye is very different in taste, so I said “No, I’ll take it on a bun instead. This was all after I was put “on hold” to place the order. While sitting there studying the menu for several minutes I talked myself into a milkshake because it looked so good in the picture. Sadly, when I pulled to the window I received a vanilla milkshake in a cup that looked like a child’s drink with a flat lid on it. I ask the young man why it looked so different from the picture. He said ” I can put some whipped cream on it if you want me to”. No, I would just like something I ordered to be like it is listed on the menu. Also, I don’t think it was a coincidence that I did NOT receive a receipt with my order. The other fast food places close by are terrible and now I have the same opinion about this one. Sad how little people...
