Title: Disappointing Experience at Starbucks
Rating: âď¸
I recently visited Starbucks and I must say, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had at a cafĂŠ. Both the service and the food left a lot to be desired, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts.
First, let's start with the service. The staff seemed incredibly disinterested and lacked any enthusiasm for their work. The baristas were slow and inefficient, resulting in long wait times for my order. There was no attention to detail whatsoever â my name was misspelled on the cup, and the wrong drink was prepared not once, but twice.
Now, let's move on to the food. I ordered a sandwich and was appalled by the quality. The bread was dry and tasteless, appearing as if it had been sitting on the shelf for far too long. The filling was lackluster, with hardly any flavor or freshness. It was a complete letdown considering the reputation Starbucks has built for its food offerings.
To make matters worse, the prices were exorbitant. I understand that Starbucks is known for its premium products, but the quality simply did not justify the inflated cost. It felt like I was paying for the brand name alone, rather than for a satisfying experience.
Overall, my visit to Starbucks was thoroughly disappointing. The lackluster service, poor food quality, and high prices make it difficult for me to recommend this establishment. I hope Starbucks considers improving their customer service and revisiting the quality of their food offerings, as they have a long way to go to meet customers'...
Read moreI stopped at the Starbucks in the Nashville Airport. The woman at the till was obviously new. She had to ask another person how to enter the order, which is fine, except she had to call his name three times to get his help. Then she entered my order, pointed to my cup and asked "did you want water in that?" Uh, no. That's where you put the latte. She quickly passed it on to the person making the latte. I went down to watch her make it. She put just one shot into my cup. I got her attention and said I paid for a quad-shot. She looked at me and then pulled what what looked like just another shot. I got it and could only taste milk. The drink itself was barely beige. I asked if she was sure she'd pulled 4 shots. She bristled a bit, so I let it go. I took a few more drinks, but it wasn't worth it. I poured it out. Then I came across a specialty coffee shop near my gate, and ordered the same from them (Kinji?), and it was wonderful. So all in all, I paid $14 for two lattes in order to get one good one. I usually go to a latte stand near where I live in Washington state. But the few times I have visited the Starbucks there, my...
Read moreMy wife walked to the Starbucks in A concourse from our departure gate, which was a long walk. When she got back to out seats and tasted the 2 Carmel frappes, they were absolutely horrible, it was obviously made them wrong. I took a long walk back and explain the situation. The girl that took the drinks back looked bothered that I returned them.I told them they had zero Carmel flavor and tasted like burnt iced coffee I looked to notice that she removed the lids and was adding caramel to them. They were already a half hour old by now. Again a bothered look. I was very polite. Thanked her. Not sure what I thanked her for. Itâs kind of frustrating spending $14 on two drinks only to discover they were made wrong, and walking across the airport 3 times with them Starbucks, train your people to own their mistakes and to deliver what is promised Annoyed...
