Employees playing games on the phone and probably with your food. First answered Taco Bell, then I called back, and a male kid answered Buger King. Female "manager" played along when I asked to speak to management. She then became rude when I questioned her and asked her to acknowledge their phone number. She said they were Taco Bell, although the other male kid just answered the phone Burger King before handing the phone to her. She said they're really busy and asked what I wanted. I replied I need to talk about my online Smoothie King order and to stop playing around. She said they were busy and hung up. I drove to the store, which was a minute away. I redialed the number as I walked in...their phone started ringing. I told them not to bother answering and that I was the guy they were playing with on the phone. They quickly went serious and all started looking away from me. When I asked them why they would continue to do that, the female manager became angry and asked what I wanted. Same voice as the kid on the phone saying she was Taco Bell and Burger king Seems an odd reaction to a customer who just said someone was answering Taco Bell when calling their store. I figured one would be surprised and puzzled if they heard that. I asked for her bosses name, and she refused to tell me; she said she had no way to contact the owner or anyone above her. Then, a guy wearing a local HVAC company uniform came out of the back, said he worked there too, and asked how he could help. That's odd. He was acting more like the manager's boyfriend. I explained to him what had happened, and he said the phones weren't working well. I dialed again, and it started ringing. He then started getting short and irritated, so I chose to ignore this particular child. I requested a refund from the female. She didn't want to refund my online order. Something about the app can't be refunded except through corporate. "Fine," I said, "I'll call corporate." She suddenly changed her answer and agreed to ring me up on the register, then give me cash back. I bet the cash drawers didn't match the receipts that night!!! Completely childish, every one of them. Hey owner, these children are hurting your business. Hey, corporate, this franchise is hurting your name. As long as those same children are working there, I'll be sharing with neighbors and everyone in this community that this store has kids that play around inside. I can't trust they are not messing with peoples food as well. You take a risk going there. Read moreI went through the drive-through tonight at 8:45 PM. I realize that the two kids there were ready to get off work but they shouldn’t be rude to customers. When I drove up he did not even say hello, welcome, nothing he just said go ahead with your order. And then when I went to the window I was trying to figure out how to get my free 20 ounce smoothie with the purchase of another 20 ounce smoothie that you can redeem after you download the app and a drive-through employee was very rude and not helpful at all. You could tell that he was just trying to get me to hurry up and pay so he could close up. So instead of dealing with him I just ended up paying for both smoothies. Please teach your employees that it does not matter what time it is, they should still welcome every customer. A lot of people don’t get off work until late and would rather have something healthy then fast food. I do not plan on returning to this location. Read moreI like the smoothies but it seems this location doesn't want my business. The last several times I tried to order using the online app there was an issue. 1x the app said the store was closed in the middle of the day. Another time I ordered fine and tried to come in and the door was locked in the middle of the day. I had to go thru the drive thru and wait. Now today I tried to order the 4pack bundle thru the app. I received a message this location wasn't accepting online orders from 12:15 to 5. It was 12:16. I then went in and was told I couldn't order the 4 pack bundle for that price in store as it was app only. Obviously since this location makes up it's own rules I couldn't order thru the app. I was told to order separately and pay more. I was left with nothing and had to leave.
