Cancun — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

So my kids and I went here twice and the service was good, food was good and we got served quick. So I decided to take my big family, party of about 9 here for dinner. My family and I were enjoying our food to only see a roach crawling on the table where we were eating!! My brother in law seen it and killed it instantly. My 4 year old son who was also eating was sitting right across from him and for all I know the roach could have been in his food! we called the manager over and she was asking questions like where it was on the tortillas, on the plate, etc. I told her it doesn’t matter it was on our table and could’ve been in our food, then asked if we wanted a to go box!!!! I hesitated on telling the family close to us about the bug and moments later as we were getting up to walk out, a little girl at their table opened her cup and said “eww there’s a bug in my cup!” I then told them there was a roach on our table too. They definitely need to close and get the bug problem under control because they have good food but I will not be going back after this last experience. I’m so disgusted. The best Mexican restaurant I've ever been toIncluding Nashville Hendersonville and murfreesboro been to a lot of Mexican restaurants the food is not as good as Cancun the service is top notch with a friendly smile and the beer is really cold the way it should be with a cold frothy mug! I've been going here for at least 6 years and I drove from Hendersonville most of the time that's how good it is. That's saying a lot and the family is wonderful that owns the place. I also recommend Sunday from 10 AM till 2 PM they have a buffet that's cheap but the food is great and the buffet is huge they got cookies brownies and more importantly amazing cake at the end of your buffet and you can usually catch a football game on one of their tvs. I'm willing to drive 30 or 40 minutes just to go to this place because...

I am true local born and raised in West Nashville and Bellvue cancun used to be a great place to eat but like a lot of restaurants here the younger kids don't care or want to work but still want a little money I called for 45min starting at 8:40 no answer online Says close at 10:30 finally get an answer at 9:30 to say we're closed I said thought it was10:30 they actually said yeah but it's 9:30 I said ok been calling for almost an hour so u close in an hour no we closed early system down as what ever that means so WILL NOT SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY THERE NO MORE I WOULD SUGGEST OTHERS NOT TO WAST TIME AND MONEY EITHER BUT MAYBE THEY WILL ANSWER OR FEEL LIKE MAKING MONEY THAT DAY WHO KNOWS WHAT A WASTE RATHER HAVE OTHER RESTAURANT THERE...
