Starbucks — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

The baristas here are the friendliest of any Starbucks I've ever been to, both in this state and several surrounding states! Despite the fact that yes, it is rather pricey if you're on tight budget or if you buy coffee out a lot, I still enjoy buying my coffee here when I can, because of how awesome the baristas are here. They make a genuine effort to remember your name, they get to know you, and if you're like me and order the same drink every time, they are really great at remembering that, too! (Even when your drink has a ton of modifications from the standard recipe!) During the weekday morning commute times, it can definitely get really busy here, and there are times when the line is backed up to the door. I have ordered from this Starbucks on many occasions, and I am consistently disappointed. First of all, there is very little space to wait for drinks. And I always have to wait a while for drinks despite more employees being on hand than seems can move behind the counter. Multiple times I have waited over 20 minutes for my drink. Not helpful when trying to get to work on time. Also, ordering a Venti is not actually a Venti here… Open the lid after picking up and it will be 2 to 3 inches from the top sometimes, even with ordering extra shots. Staff isn’t friendly. Floor is often dirty. Decided today I am just not going to mess with this location anymore which really sucks since it’s the only coffee shop...

The employees here are a gem, but they really really need to work on calling orders at a louder voice, especially when it's busy. It's nearly impossible to hear some of them, so a lot of people end up crowding the counter. I stood for 20 waiting for my mobile order because I never heard it called. This has happened on multiple occasions. Maybe have staff ask customers to back up. Also I'm not sure if the restaurants do this, or the app automatically calculates it, but the ETA is not correct.
