Chicago Style Gyros # 3 — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

For the average person reading reviews I’ll start by saying this: the food was good everything seemed fresh and the portions were very considerate compared to price. That alone makes this place a quality establishment and well worth a look and I personally will be back for seconds

Now I’d like to comment on the service... it has been a very long time while visiting a (faster) food style restaurant not fast food but not fine dining style that the general attitude and inviting moral was to the standard of this place. Hats off to that alone. Not to mention I went here with a crew I work with I asked as soon as I got to the counter if they excepted Apple pay due to leaving my wallet at home he said no and I simply apologized for his time and turned to walk away due to this being a personal issue vs. being something to be upset about with 0 hesitation the man instantly said something to his co worker then immediately told me no sir I will take care of you I would have been satisfied with a piece of bread not because I was without money but just didn’t have means to access it but no instead he handed me a full plate and a coke and just make sure you visit us again. Honestly I've gone here over a dozen times cause my work is close.

But Fridays service solidified a review.

As I pulled in they lost power and the guy came out to let me know the speaker wouldn't work and they can only accept cash.

I was blocked in and knew I didn't have much cash on hand. I found $9 and ordered a little less than I usually get and it came out to $13 before I could even hand him the $9 he said don't worry about it just come back another time if you don't have cash.

I gave him the $9 and told him I will be back next Friday to pay the extra.

I've volunteered overseas and this is the type of service I miss from Kurdistan.

Can’t get ahold of them when something is wrong. Rushed on the speaker and you get my order completely wrong, slow down and listen would’ve prevented all of this. You forgot to ring in my fries on one order and on the other order was supposed to be a chicken platter with feta and ranch added and extra on the side and I get home to have a gyro platter with nothing on it, had to come back through because the drink was forgotten on the one of my orders for the gyro combo, will say the kids chicken and rice was fresh and hot.
