Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

This is the worst Pizza Hut place to go to. Go to the Pizza Hut close to downtown by West End. I ordered a pizza for curbside pickup, they said the its going to take up to 30-40 mins...I waited that time, then went to the location pulled up in front of the building and called the number for curbside.

I WAITED ON THE PHONE FOR 30 MINS!!!!

A lady answered the phone after my long wait, and didn't say sorry for the wait, rather said "We are busy at the moment please hold". I dont see how they were busy the parking lot was empty!!

I sat in the parking lot and watched car pull up and people go in and get there orders and peave. I saw there delivery driver make 4 deliveries.

After 30 mins I was ready to go, I had a zoom party that I paid $45 to be apart of for my sister's birthday. Only reason I was getting pizza was because my sister wanted it.

So I tried hanging up and calling back in a couple of times, JuST SO I CAN CANCEL MY ORDER. After some attempts, a guy wishes to answer the phone and say, "we know its you calling and stop calling our phone". Dude lucky it's a pandemic, and I don't go into stores.

So after 40 mins has went by I drove off and called Pizza Huts Customer services line, the lady sent in a ticket for me to get a callback from the manager of that region, and also for me to get my refund. But it would have to process in the system. I ended up missing the zoom meet I paid for, and didn't even get what my sister wanted.

All this happened at 7pm, my sister called the Pizza hit again around 9:50, someone finally answered and they processed my sisters return, it was in her name.

My sister noted that they never called, to let us know it was ready, or to even call and see if we are going to come pick it up, since...technically we never did!!!!

Worst Pizza Hut store ever,...

Only reason I have a star was because I had to For 1 my pizza was ordered at 9.32pm wasn’t delivered till 11:21pm my pizza was not done wasn’t hardly any sauce on the pizza it was just a god giving awful experience an for the manager to send the pizza out looking the way it did not to perfection she doesn’t deserve to work on what is your prized menu item... this isn’t the first time I’d experience this but I looked over it but has happen twice since.. an all I was offer was a refund.... no let me remake your pizza or I’ll refund you the money an your next pizza is free... just my money back.. but I had to go buy food elsewhere that night.. half of everything was closed in town.. so I had to drive drunk at midnight to get food because of the 2700 Gallitin Rd Nashville, TN location error on late order an for sending me a half done pizza... I will never order from this location again probably not even Pizza Hut... going...

If I could rate a 0, that's what it would have been!!!!!! My fiance and I ordered a thin crust pepperoni and sausage pizza, along with the garlic parmesan wings and order of hot wings. We were told order would take 15 min, so we waited outside. To our surprise when we got home pizza was cold, the wings were oiled down, and not to mention the pizza crust was very DRY!!!! The server was unaware of the specials that could have been offered to us. Called the next morning to complain to management about this horrible food , only to be met with RUDENESS and 50 questions about the order!!!! This place is a mess and all could use a customer service class to deal with the public. Bottom line WE will never RETURN here. Get sum class about yourself Pizza Hut and hire employees that know what the hell they...
