Subject: Disappointing Customer Service Experience
Dear Smoothie King,
I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at your location. I placed an online order and, upon arrival, was informed that I was not loud enough over the intercom. Understanding the difficulty, I pulled up to the window and politely apologized for any inconvenience, providing my name to retrieve my order.
However, I was taken aback by the level of customer service I received. The employee assisting me displayed an unprofessional and unfriendly attitude throughout the interaction. When my order was ready, it was handed back to me in a manner that felt dismissive. Despite this, I still made a point to express my gratitude by saying, “Thank you,” only to have the window shut on me abruptly. This left me feeling both confused and disappointed.
I always appreciate great customer service and strive to be polite in every interaction, so this experience was disheartening. It ultimately made it difficult to enjoy the product I had purchased. Based on this encounter, I do not feel inclined to return to this location.
I hope this feedback helps improve future customer experiences, as I know Smoothie King values...
Read moreI’ve never left a bad review of anywhere because I get that people have bad days and everything but this is the worst experience i’ve ever had in my ENTIRE life. pulled up to the window and waited for 5 minutes before a man rudely said over the speaker “give me a minute”. proceeded to be gone for ten whole minutes before he took my order. had to repeat my order MULTIPLE times after I got to the window. finally got my order and it was the worst smoothie i’ve ever had, full of huge pieces of ice and essentially flavorless. so bad that I went back inside the store and asked if they could at least re blend the smoothie I had. the guy was very unhappy about this and made me wait 35 minutes before he made my smoothie. halfway through when I asked how long he thought it might take he screamed back at me “i’m making it”. I was truly shocked and just upset at this point. Once I finally got my smoothie it was even worse than the first which was to be expected I guess since he was so unhappy with me in the first place. I literally threw a smoothie I paid $12 for in the trash....
Read moreThis location was never a shining example of customer service to begin with, but somehow, it’s gotten to a point where I’d expect this place to get shut down in the next year. The staff is TERRIBLE.
First off—this location likes to make sure to hire at least two “ratchet” female employees to represent every negative stereotype about them. I swear, they have some sort of quota they have to meet.
Second—the amount of times you have to repeat yourself is beyond insane. This has always been somewhat of an issue but, again, it’s even worse. The girl who works the window seems to have a selective hearing problem—on top of an attitude she speaks with—and also finds it humorous that you have to repeat yourself. If your Trap music wasn’t so loud, you might hear your customers… you know, the ones who pay your wage. Either way, hyuck it up because the joke’s on you…I’m on the other side of the counter.
Third—given the above, I find it hilarious they have a tip option in their pay pad. Excellent use of irony!
Don’t bother with...
