Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

This was my second experience at CSC. First time was great. Food was amazing. This time, I did a mobile order since I wasn’t feeling well and just went through the drive thru. They refused to give me my food stating I had to go inside. So I went inside and waited by the online order counter. No one waited on me. So I went back through the drive thru and explained my situation and they still refused to give me my prepaid food. She said that they had no way to pull it up or print any kind of receipt from their computer and it was store policy to have online orders go inside. (This is the first I have had this issue with ANY online order/drive through pick up). If I hadn’t paid already I would have left. Nevertheless I went back inside. There was now a second cashier. She asked if I had a mobile order and what was the name. I gave her my name and all she did was pull a bag out of a cooler. She did NOT look up anything on the computer or print anything off. I didn’t have to sign anything and she didn’t have to do anything other than ask my name and hand me my food. We’ve been to this location numerous times and never had a great experience. The food is good but the service is awful. Our order has been right maybe twice out of 20 visits. We’ve placed online orders and arrived to be told their system is down and they don’t know what we ordered. Today we ordered online with an estimated pickup time of 6:14, and we arrived in the drive through at 6:11. We were told, “it’s not ready yet, pickup time is 6:15” and then the cashier just stared at us. We asked what we should do and she couldn’t give us a good answer. So we literally circled the building to get back in line behind several cars and come to the window again, now 10 minutes after our order time. If I can order in the drive through and it be ready in the time it takes to go through the drive through, you should be able to put a few containers of chicken salad in a bag if I arrive 3 minutes earlier than my order said. Drove 40 minutes yesterday because I was craving CSC and had a terrible experience service wise, plus the order was wrong. Food was good but I woud appreciate a refund for the items I didn’t receive and they honestly need to hire new workers, I have never been to a CSC location with such grumpy staff. I ordered 2 sandwiches, a cup of soup and a bag of chips. I got 2 sandwiches and broccoli salad instead of broccoli soup. No chips. I placed my order online 20 minutes before I arrived, and then when I arrived I waited another 20 minutes, with only one order in front of me. The lady working the cash register looked like she wanted to die and gave the worst customer service I have ever seen. I also requested in the notes of my order for the bread to be on the side, as well as calling ahead and ensuring they saw the note. This did not happen.

Overall, good food per usual but I paid extra for the soup and chips and didn’t get those, which was disappointing, and my sandwiches were soggy by the time I got back...
