The customer service at this location (or lack there of) is truly appalling. Every time I come here and go to check out, I'm met by an annoyed-looking teenager with the personality of a wall who refuses to say hi; just robotically rings up my item and only acknowledges me to ask if I want to sign up for their stupid credit card. Then, after I pay with my hard earned money, it's too much work for them to hand me the bag so I have to reach over the counter to retrieve it myself. No thank you or anything. These are the kinds of people who in turn want $20+ / hr or more for doing the bare freaking minimum. Do better with your hiring...

Glad to finally have a Homegoods closer to home. I would say the size of the store is average compared to other Homegoods. It obviously isn’t as big as the ones with TJMaxx/Marshalls combined but good size for a Homegoods. I went on opening day and they had a huge selection of items...more than you would find in any other Homegoods. It was packed with people purchasing so I am sure the inventory was depleted and might take awhile to get it back up to where it was on opening day. I'm a designer who does a lot of purchasing from this store. I was hassled twice (gave up once before and came back) over a simple return when their system was down. The store manager refused to work with me and would not return the item with a receipt since they couldn't look the item up in their system. Such a waste of my time as a busy person.
