UPDATE: love how management was so quick to reply “oh we’re deeply concerned send us an email” song and dance… I emailed them promptly, respectfully, and honestly about my experience. And ZERO reply or acknowledgement now several days later. So I love how they’re all quick to post publicly their shock and confusion at the experience I had and their eagerness to look into it, and then nothing so much as an “your email has been received, we’ll review with our team” etc or something like that.
Went from saying I’m not going to return to this location to now deciding I will never support another First Watch ever again.

Blown away and deeply disappointed by inattentive and frankly - racist - service we received today. My brother-in-law's folks are a soft-speaking Asian couple - nicest people you'll ever meet in your life. His mother gently asked our server for another water cup (we were a party of 7, served for 6)... the server abruptly and rudely answered her "you waiting on another person? Is there an 8th person coming?" and it took multiple rounds of self-advocacy to convince this server that she had miscounted and we needed another cup of water. I was personally disgusted by this and asked the manager for a new server. He obliged and I was grateful for that. And our new server was kind and attentive. However -- we engaged with yet another server at one point who came out with a few of the dishes. Again - my brother-in-law's mother asked her (because she was the closest to the server) kindly if we could have a few more water pitchers, because we had been out of water for some time. This server wouldn't even look at her but did say "yeah, sure".... no water. Completely ignored and dismissed her.
I realize that calling multiple staff members at this location racist is a strong accusation -- and I don't use the term lightly. I saw the way multiple people on this staff treated this sweet woman... I saw the way they questioned her thoughts and her requests... I saw the way they were so quick to dismiss her.
I have been a patron of at least 10+ individual First Watch locations across multiple states and have always had a good experience. I will NEVER return to this specific...
Read more8/5/17--Ive eaten at First Watch a handful of times and today I had my 1st negative experience.. First of all, food is great and the environment is great but gives off "privileged only" vibes as soon as you walk through the door. Tables are always fully stocked as far as sugar, glasses, coffee creamers, etc. Overall its a good place to dine. Would have given it 4.5 stars BUT... Back to my negative experience.. I took my friend there who has never been to this location. I HIGHLY recommended it due to awesome service I received in the past. Before we could sit we were asked what we wanted to drink by the server, feeling rushed. (Server's name was Megan btw. She didnt introduce herself, got her name from the ticket.) Megan gave more customer service to the table next to us. Brought them water, filled their cups without asking. Checked on them regularly, asking if everything was ok. Me and my good friend received NONE of the above mentioned. Although Megan wasnt rude she just didnt do the little things for us that would have guaranteed that extra tip. Overall, poor experience today and just becuase of Megan's actions and the little things she did that ruined our expectations of great customer service I will not be eating at this location in the future and neither will my friend. Thanks Megan for making us feel underprivileged today at...
Read moreMy sister and I ate breakfast yesterday and the food was good. The General manager was amazing!!! I believe her name was Tami!!! She was very welcoming and people oriented. Our only complaint was our server Alexandra. She was by far the worst server that I’ve encountered. She took our drink order and delivered it to us, and upon delivery she stated “because of the COVID-19 I’m not allowed to touch your drinks and put them onto your table”, so she had us grab our own drinks off of her tray. My sister and I understood and we were happy to grab our drinks off the tray, but we noticed that Alexandra delivered some drinks to another one of her tables, and she didn’t say anything to them about the COVID-19 rule, and she actually placed their drinks directly onto their table. Alexandra delivered our food and our bill at the same time; she placed our bill on our table and she didn’t even ask us how everything tasted. She never came back to check on us at all! The general manager continued to check on us, and she got us everything we needed!!! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others because the food was good, and the manager was sweet and helpful, but I would suggest you choose...
