Five Guys — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Five Guys is always delicious. But what makes this location special is the service and specifically Mona. When I was dining in, a person came in claiming that they were owed free food due to a messed up order. Their story made no sense because they claimed they got 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 sodas for $20 and had gotten no cheese on a burger, despite them saying multiple times that they got a burger, not a cheeseburger. They had no receipt, no pictures, and referred to a QPC during the interaction so I personally didn't believe them. Mona, however, was extremely patient and listened to the person despite them almost reaching over the glass to fight. Mona was wonderful throughout and made sure the "customer" left happy. She deserves a raise and promotion! Please be sure to leave compliments on the website for her and the rest of the team when you visit! And Five Guys, please make sure this person never returns and you have ways to protect employees from...

Underwhelmed. The burger market in Nville is too crowded and pricing is going to hurt this place in the end. I spent $55 for 4 regular burgers, one child burger and 4 shakes. You've got Hugh Babys on Charlotte which make a terrific burger and yes, McD's next door whose Signature series burgers are incredible. I bought 4 meal deals and one happy meal for $35. My family didn't see the $20 difference but definitely noticed the fact they had fries at the other place. The burgers were just bland and small at 5 guys. Now, for the positive....the shakes were awesome! But not $5 awesome and the service was exemplary. Again I think they're going to have to revisit their pricing strategy to maintain relevance in a fragmented Nashville market especially with the commodity style chains upping their game...

So I wanted a grilled cheese and add patty and the cashier wanted to argue with me that that’s a patty melt I said no I want a grilled cheese add a patty they’ve done this for me before and she said I’m just gonna do a patty melt . I said I don’t want that I want a grilled cheese add patty and she ring me up for a patty melt anyways . I’m not hard up for money it’s the principle of it. Below is my receipt and when I’m actuality it should have been around 7.69-8$ . Other locations don’t act like this when I go there and I won’t be coming back here gain or sending any of my employees here either on there lunch break . I understand they have a job to do but when a customer says what they want don’t argue with them and then do what you want your not the one...
