Five Guys — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

My visit to Five Guys is always a good one, but the last time I visited the staff went above and beyond. There were only "three guys" working when I went in, but Remy, Corey, & Harris get Five Stars from me. It was 10 minutes until they closed and I just knew my appetite was going to ruin these employee's last few minutes of work. I try not to go in places getting ready to close because I know how great it feels when it's almost time to clock out. But my need for food beat my need to be curtious that very moment. I wanted a bacon cheese burger and an Oreo shake. When they told me they were out of bacon I thought it was payback for coming in as late as I did, but it wasn't. These 3 guys were 100% top notch the entire time I was there. Super polite team and my cheeseburger was amazing even without the bacon. I also found out that the employees all have a special milk shake they created, that's not on the menu. I had Corey's Nutter Butter milkshake and it was amazing. They also told me the owner of this store goes above and beyond to take care of his employees, which is awesome. It means a lot to people to actually enjoy where they work. They have an incentivized "Employee of the Month" program in place as well. Needless to say, after this visit, I support Five Guys even more than before. The only suggestion I have to the owner is to put the Employee of the Month plaques up front where they can be seen instead of on the wall by the bathrooms.

2022.11.25 Don't believe the internet negative hype about 5 Guys. This location consistently delivers perfectly cooked and delicious burgers and fries. The condiments are no additional cost and more numerous than any other resturant. It's the best burger hands down in Hermitage!

2022.05.27 Five Guys has predictably great burgers and fries which are a quite generous portion. You can get your burger your way every time since they have most every condiment and topping imaginable.

The food was great, but the cook was unnecessarily rude. We didn’t hear our order called at first so he had to repeat himself and when we finally got to the counter and got our food he asked if it was actually ours in a very accusatory/sarcastic tone. I went outside and noticed I forgot my milkshake, and upon going back in for it, the same cook made a loud comment about how I should’ve gotten it the first time. I understand the pressures of working fast food. I’ve done it. There’s no excuse for being an a** over something so simple. The girl who took our order was incredibly...
