No matter how busy they are their customer service is always great! They go above & beyond to make people feel welcome and as a company it's so cool they give their employees the ability to give out free drinks..just because, or if the line is really long, or even if you've had a bad day.
I've actually just been in line twice and gotten my drink for free just because! Well technically the 1st time was bc it was their grand opening.
As for the coffee, honestly, it is more sugary and not necessarily focused at all on bean type or anything like that. It's closer to a Starbucks in that sense. So don't go here expecting a pour over coffee of a particular type/roast..this is not that.
But do they have a ton of options, cool flavors, and variety of drinks? For sure. Prices are on par of Starbucks, but they do feel like they give you a bit more.
Overall, I go here when I want something sweet and caffientated.. or when I'm craving a cool soda or freeze (milkshake like but tons of wild flavors).
They are also open later than anyone else in hermitage which is...
Read moreI have to say that I love Dutch Bros but this one falls very short of the ones on the West Coast. For one they refuse to do a frosty with a shot of espresso. I understand it’s a non caffeinated drink but this is the first one to deny that request and try giving a frozen instead. In fact espresso in the frosty was a popular alteration at the other locations out West. The saying ‘picture perfect’ is not understood at this location. I don’t like when a drink comes out looking like a Dunkin Donuts. If I want that I will go to Dunkin. After the 3rd try I have become reluctant to try again. I almost want to peel the sticker I got in Reno off the car, it just doesn’t measure up. Still a good drive-thru coffee place, but don’t think your getting what some of the original locations dish out. It is sub-par.
PS..... please when someone ask for a frosty instead of a frozen don’t assume they wouldn’t be able to tell the difference, just pour the espresso right...
Read moreFirst I would like to say I have gone to the hermitage location at least 3 times a week for a while now. I have been in the service industries most of my adult life. I just want to bring something to the people that are in charge attention. I had a young man in a truck in front of me this morning. There was a long line of people in one single line waiting patiently to get their order taken. This young man jumped and forced his way in the line . He got to the window and got to order his things and was served before everyone else. Why did your person at the window serve this person before all the people that he cut in front of. This is rewarding bad behavior. He should he been made to wait and we should he been served throw the door. To make matters worse when I brought it to to girls attention in a nice way she said” I’m sorry you’re having a bad day” . Not I will fix this or we will work on that. Not the best customer...
