I placed an Uber Eats order, which they do not provide all of the order options at this location. Ex. We wanted wheat wraps and Sun chips and they do not give you that option. I placed the order and called to let them know to change it from a white wrap to a wheat wrap and that we wanted different chips. NO one would answer the phone at first and finally when they did they kept putting me on hold by just sitting down the phone. They did this 11 TIMES! I literally heard the girl in the background preparing my order at one point while I was on the phone and no one would take two seconds to listen to me. This is now the 2nd time this exact same thing has happened! The first time the guy refused to remake my order and this time the order has already been picked up so I can't cancel. Either get your location updated in Uber Eats or answer the phone! I'm also going to dispute through Uber Eats and get my money back. What if I had been calling to place a huge order for a company event? It will be Jimmy John's or a different Jersey Mikes from...

Walked in this Jersey Mike location at 8:56 pm.... granted... I’ve been there in retail when a customer comes in near closing after you’ve already worked a long shift. However, your reaction can be the difference in a reliable customer. I apologized a least 3 times for the late entry; no response from any of the 3 crew members. They really made me feel as though I was the worst customer in Nashville. From mumbling under breath, making sloppy sandwiches, to immediately locking the door as I was walking out. I’m really not the guy that leaves reviews. Maybe once every 2-3 years, and they are more than likely positive. I just really didn’t appreciate this experience. I will still eat Jersey Mike’s though.......
Read moreYikes. I was hoping my previous bad experience was just a one-time miss. Unfortunately, tonight was a repeat. The girl who should be greeting with a “hello” or “hi” or any appropriate greeting simply rolled her eyes as I approached the counter and asked “do you know you know what you want?” I said, “ hi, how are you?” She rolled her eyes and then looked down at the sandwich board, waiting for my order. After I told her what i would like, she acted like I kicked her kitten, rolled her eyes again and then walked behind the partition, never to return. I looked at my girlfriend (who saw this girls attitude last time I was in there) and she was as confused as I was by the terrible service. The gentleman who finished my order was awesome. I’ll peek in the window from now on before walking in. Or I’ll just go jimmy...
