M.L.Rose Neighborhood Pub - Inglewood — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

We’ve always enjoyed our experiences at other M.L Rose locations but this was not the same. I’ll break this review down by categories:

Food - the turkey burger and salad we got were great, but I decided to get a “premium side” instead of their waffle fries and opted for the onion rings. When the plate came out, there were 6-7 sad small yellow onion rings that seemed like they had barely touched the oil in the fryer. Certainly not worth the up charge and not “premium” as advertised.

Service - in the 1.5 hours we were there we saw our waitress 3 times. We understood that she had been given a 20-top that kept her very busy, but when she explained that table had asked for separate checks at the end and that the waitress had to personally call corporate to get that handled, leading to the delay in our service, I could not believe there wasn’t some sort of management on site that could assist her so she didn’t lose time with the rest of her tables.

Atmosphere - the inside was what was expected of the other locations we visited. We sat outside, which was essentially a Chuck E Cheese with the number of kids running everywhere, invading the space of other tables, and generally ruining the dining experience.

All in all, 3 stars because the turkey...

I’m rating the buffalo chicken wrap - not the burgers which I didn’t try.

The buffalo chicken wrap was sadly very soggy and wet, and it fell apart after I took a few bites. And here’s the thing it tasted pretty good but it had very little chicken in it. I think they just need to trouble shoot this issue, add more chicken and remove the veggie fillers that are making it soggy, then it would be great!

The place was pretty busy, many tables were still waiting for their food as we sat. The inside of the restaurant is pretty large with ample room but it did take 30 minutes to get our chicken wraps which felt a bit long. I think the kitchen staff was a little backed up.

Regardless of the above, this place has massive potential to be great and I feel like it’s just working the kinks out since it’s new. I went easy with my ratings because I live close and I want to return again to give it...

Our first time going here. Went there on Labor Day around 2:00 it was not packed we waited an hour and a half hamburger and wings onion rings it finally got to our table everything was cold we took one bite out of a hamburger it tasted like we were eating Grease their onion rings was the same way their wings was also cold. We didn't even finish our food one bite of each thing so then the manager came over and asked was there a problem and I told her yes everything came out an hour and a half and everything was cold I even showed her the hamburger where the grease on the burger the wings my husband ate one and didn't eat no more cuz they were just cold wanted to try something new and got a bad experience hopefully they'll get their act together this could be a really good place if you didn't have to wait an hour and a half on your food and the food is cold when they...
