So IMHO Sonics overall have declined in quality, or perhaps I've just become used to better food. I don't know. I can say that this location is close to me and for a while I was a frequent customer and I can certify that this one has fallen quite far below any reasonable standard. On multiple visits the service has been extremely slow the orders wrong or poorly prepared. A few highlights follow. A route 66 coke came out with an order, it was soda water. I flagged the Waitress down asking if she could check the machine and refill. she took it inside and yelled for a refill and left it on a table. I watched as minutes passed. She came back yelled again more minutes passed. By this time I'm done eating but quite thirsty. I watch the cup be thrown away by someone inside ... I leave. Of the three times I've ordered a strawberry lime-aid slush one came back not frozen or cold at all twice the order was wrong I've yet to have my favorite order here . They do usually get a BLT done successfully but that's about it and as mentioned be prepared to wait. I really can't recommend you stop here for anything at this point. Despite being one of the closest places to grab quick food to me I choose elsewhere...

• Update at bottom* So I and a coworker used the app to place our orders. I show and request to make one more order to pay with cash. The cash order was fine. However, the two online orders were combined. Which ended up causing both orders to lose the free corndog, so I had to pay for that myself. The SS Chzburger didn't have bacon that my coworker paid for, he also advised that it was suppose to be mayo instead of mustard, no tomato. But it was mustard with tomato no bacon. I called the store and instead of helping us. She blamed it on the people who placed the orders online. The ticket clearly stated what he ordered... So this was cook error. I am just very upset that this manager put the blame on us. But its fine, they don't have to worry about receiving our orders anymore. The General Manager, Jonathon Geer, emailed me to apologize and said he trained the store employees on how to properly combine orders without losing discounts. He also offered a free combo meal, which I'm giving to my co-worker, who's order was incorrect. But I greatly appreciate my complaint being handled correctly. So I switched the rating from a 1 star...

The order process was a nightmare. The person taking the order DID NOT pay attention and just kept charging me for 2 extra people then wanted to argue with me about my order. Sonic offered coupons to schools to give to kids to use WITH NO EXPIRATION DATE OR SPECIFIC DAYS TO USE THEM and the person stated could not take them because it wasn't WEDNESDAY. Then after honoring them, refused to lower the price. Wanted to charge me almost 70.00 for 4 people to eat until I said something, finally charging me 30.00. Construction with dripping black stuff. The black stuff was all over our cups and bags of food, including the server. While they offered to change it up, they missed a spot on my cup only proving they just wiped it off then brought it back out. Gave a 50.00 bill and exact change, the server short changed me 1.00 and wanted to argue that. Then didn't even bring out the ice cream. Had to wait for that. Took us almost an 1 hour to get our food and it was nasty & cold. Will NEVER GO BACK! Y'all be sure to watch your order on the screen, they will low key try to take you for...
