Five Guys — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

5 Guys is always great but this store was exceptional. My son and I grabbed lunch on Mother’s day Saturday on our way to do some shopping and we both remarked how nice the team was. Just normal nice folks making customers feel welcome and relaxed.

Where it went above and beyond is when an hour later I reached to grab my wallet to pay for a mother’s day present and it was gone. I called the store and they politely answered and even went to look where I was sitting. Unfortunately no wallet was found so I told them it must have fallen out of my pocket when I got in my truck. The man on the phone offered to run out and search the parking lot and HE FOUND MY WALLET!!!!!

The amount of trouble he saved me from cancelling credit cards, getting a new drivers license, etc was worth more than you know!

So anyway, they were already a nice group of people that made for a great lunch but really went above and beyond. I’m pretty much a 5 Guys fan for life at this point. ...

Food is great. I would even go as far as to say perfect…. If it was what I ordered.

Tonight I ordered a bacon cheeseburger- single. I got a small double cheeseburger - no bacon. What I did get tasted good, but not what I paid $25 for. For prices like that you really expect it to be right which is why I didn’t check until I got home.

I mean, one out of the “five guys” (the one building the finished burgers) was in and out of the door on his phone, peeking out of the door, talking on the phone, watching us wait more than he was working the front. No surprise it was mixed up.

The “four guys” working did a great job. The girl on the register was super nice, prompt, looked like she was training someone at the same time and doing fantastic. Guy running the grill was focused and never...

Real good burgers and fries.

Red and white dominates the decor so you know you're in the right place.

Thankfully we were told about the generous portion of fresh cut fries (today from 5C Farms in Parker, ID). Had we ordered an order of fries for each of us, we would have exploded trying to eat them all.

The burgers were hot and tastey. If you only want one patty, order "Little".

Yes it cost more than other fast food burgers, but they ARE better.

Only missed the 5th star for minor issues not worth mentioning. But since you asked... one "Freestyle" machine ran out mid pour. Jalapenos got added to a burger without being ordered (good thing...
