Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

On March 6,2025 I ordered a deep dish pizza from your 2268 Murfreesboro Rd, Nashville, TN 37217 location. When I got home, I realized the pizza was not fully cooked, it was pure dough beneath the cheese. I took the pizza back to get a new one and requested it to be well done. Upon receiving the second pizza, it was cooked more than the first, but it was still a bit doughy. So I asked them could they cook it a bit more. The lady in the back exhaled with frustration and said they could not cook it anymore because they already ran it through the oven 3 times. There was another customer in the store that said he had the same issue, and he suggested that I put the pizza in the oven. I took his advice, and I had to go home and finish cooking the pizza in the oven. This is ridiculous, I have never had to cook a pizza I ordered, I could've just cooked the pizza myself. I always order the deep dish pizza, and I have never had this issue until today at this location. I don't know if you all need to fix your ovens, or retrain the workers on how to properly cook deep dish pizzas. The other pizza I ordered was fine, but they do not know how to cook deep dish...

Horrible, nothing is ever ready unless perhaps they're friends with you or decide to favor you for what appears to be some very personal preferences. I say that due to watching others come in, pick up & leave even when I've called AHEAD. They'll also give half your order away in your face then make you wait longer which I've experienced twice, today being my last time. Paid for food at 4:07 pm on a Thursday (receipt shows exact time) and didn't walk out until 4:36. Cashier Marian M. (also says on receipt) actually gave one of the thin crusts that I ordered away then stated that the person in the back only made one though she'd "told him two". Definitely don't recommend the location, fortunately there's another around the corner. These places appear to be franchised based on the stark differences I've seen between locations & this one gives the whole chain an extremely bad name. The reviews all echo each other for quite a long frame of time, yet NO improvements?? Speaks volumes folks, they don't care; spend your hard earned...

Hands down the worst little Caesars I've ever been to. I've made the mistake of going there more than once because unfortunately they are the closest one. After this last time I'll never return. The people behind the counter seem put out and completely uninterested in helping customers. The crusts are always extremely thin on one side and thick on the other. Cut extremely poorly and they have sold me pretzel pizzas on two separate occasions with plain crust with salt added to it instead of pretzel crust and no sauce. When we drove back to ask what happened. The short guy behind the counter said "we ran out of the ingredients so we just threw it together with what they had. He did not bother to inform us or correct our cost prior to sending us off with what was essentially cheesy bread with salt on it. We attempted to call 5 times before driving all the way back but no one answers. Whoever manages this location...
