Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Every time I stop by this Dutch Bros location, I leave with more than just great coffee — I leave in a better mood. The employees here are genuinely some of the friendliest people I’ve ever encountered at a coffee shop. They always greet you with a smile, ask how your day’s going, and make you feel like more than just another customer in line.

The drinks are consistently top-notch — whether it’s a classic cold brew, a Rebel energy drink, or something off their “secret” menu, it’s always made just right. But what keeps me coming back is the atmosphere and the crew. You can tell they enjoy working there and it really shows in the service.

It’s the kind of place where they remember your name and your usual order, and that personal touch goes a long way. Highly recommend this spot to anyone who loves great coffee and even better customer service.

Used to come here daily for months. I have a large collection of stickers, merch, etc. I stopped going since a new location opened near me. I stopped by this morning for my usual and to get the sticker of the month. I miss all the staff and they usually recognize me and say they missed me. Today was terrible though. I got in line and there’s 2 lanes. One lane was backed up so I went to the other side as it should be used. Then a worker got upset and said I went infront of everyone else in line. I asked him if there’s 2 lanes then why can’t we use them. And he said we can but next time don’t do that.. I truly don’t understand why there’s 2 lanes if we’re going to be yelled at over it. Service was really good until they started closing the lobby at 7:00 at night and now the lines to the drive-thru are impossible because you don't order unless you order a head until you get to the window so there's no way to make the order they only work on one order at a time I'm waiting in line and somebody in front of me has five drinks I have one it doesn't matter because I can't walk inside to pick up the order I pre-ordered ahead so I have to wait in this long line while people order ahead of me it's really bad so addendum I haven't visited here for 2 months since my previous post saw that they had order ahead figured they fixed the problem it doesn't matter when you order a head you still have to wait in a line in the drive-thru seven cars...
