I don't want to get anyone in trouble but your staff needs to get better at giving the correct instructions. I'm sorry if I got loud. There was a lot of noise inside. Tonight I thought I'd spend some soon-to-be expired points on a quarter pounder & fries. I pulled up to the drive through, checked in with my voice number, and pulled forward where an older man in a green flannel shirt handed me my drink "pull around to the front and we'll bring you the rest" said the man. So I pulled into a parking spot at the front of the building and waited. After several minutes, I saw a different worker, a young woman in a puffy purplish pink jacket, walk out the front door with an order in her hand. I got her attention and asked "Are you looking for Sterling?" She asked me to repeat myself a few times. Once she understood, she replied "no". I apologized for bothering her and she went inside. After 10 more minutes passed, I went inside to see if something had happened. The man in the green shirt was still working the window. The woman in the puffer jacket was at the register. I showed her my receipt and went to find it. An older woman asked me what my voice confirmation number was. I told her it disappeared when I checked in at the drive through but told her my order. She picked up the same bag the woman in the puffer jacket had brought outside. She said "you should have pulled up at the side door in front of the drive through." "I was told to pull to the front. I even saw your co worker bring the order out and I flagged her down. She told me it wasn't my order" but she just said "have a good...
Read moreDear McDonald’s Customer Service,
I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had today at one of your locations. I had placed an order using the kiosk and then politely asked one of the employees, a kind young woman, if she could unlock the restroom so I could wash my hands.
Before she could finish assisting me, the manager whose name I believe is David interrupted in a noticeably rude tone, saying, “I’ll help you when I’m not busy,” despite the fact that I was not speaking to him. I calmly clarified that I was speaking with the employee who was already handing me the key. At that point, the manager took the key from her and told me that using the restroom is a “privilege” and that he doesn’t have to allow me to use it.
I was taken aback by his attitude and told him that if he doesn’t enjoy dealing with customers, perhaps he should consider a different line of work. He laughed and responded, “Then don’t come here,” which I found extremely unprofessional.
I typically don’t frequent this location I was only there today to tow a broken down vehicle from the parking lot. However, this kind of treatment was not only unnecessary but also left a very negative impression.
I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and address the behavior of the management at this store. No customer should be treated with such disrespect.
Sincerely, Very...
Read moreI placed a mobile order about 15 minutes before we arrived. As we entered the building, I used the restroom first. My husband Randy said the men's restroom wasn't the cleanest. There was something broken under the faucet lying on the floor. The soap dispenser was also broken and without soap. He had to wash his hands in the women's restroom. We walked to the counter and was politely greeted by manager. I told her I was picking up an online order. I gave her my code to verify. She said there was a glitch and it didn't come through but they did find it ultimately. Somehow the sandwich had already been made when the original order came through and was sitting in a bag. She added the fries and gave me my drink cup. We sat down to eat inside. The sandwich wasn't so great by the time I sat down to eat it because it had already been staged. The fries were scooped up after the fact of the BS that went through. I was nice to the manager and told her it's okay it happens. We didn't want to argue. It seemed like a fairly decent place. But they do need to work on keeping their lobby clean. It was hard to find a clean table without something either in a seat or on the tables. I believe McDonald's owes me a fresh sandwich upon my next visit. The rest of the...
