Panaderia & Pasteleria Lopez — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

The best bakery I’ve found since moving to Nashville! The cakes are super moist (as much as I hate that word), fresh, flavorful, and sinfully good. I ordered delivery from UberEats and they included a cute Happy Birthday sign and a sweet note (it was my birthday if that wasn’t clear) I’ll have to keep ordering from them until I try everything, but the 4 (yes, 4) HUGE slices of cake and the Cemita Polveada will keep us full for a bit... I picked up a birthday cake for my wife from Panaderia & Pastelria Lopez, and it was a strawberry-flavored tres leches cake. The flavor was absolutely delicious—light, sweet, and full of fresh strawberry goodness. While we thoroughly enjoyed it, I do wish it had been just a little more moist to capture that classic tres leches texture.
