THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! My family and I walked up to this place and we were a little Leary because they were selling medical PPE at an unbelievable price on their sidewalk as you entered the store! We purchased close to $4,000 worth of furniture. We also paid a delivery fee of $75 for them to deliver the furniture and we paid an extra $150 for them to remove and dispose of our old furniture. Two delivery guys showed up and neither one could speak a drop of English. The guys proceeded to bring the new furniture in so I asked them how we’re they bringing in the new furniture if they haven’t taken out the old. So then they kept shaking their head no no no insinuating that they weren’t going to move the old. I had to call the store. So the salesman called them. The guys pointing asking what needed to be moved and we showed them and they agreed to discard of everything we showed them for $150. The guys asked my 12 year old son to help them lift the furniture and I said NO. We had to end up moving half the furniture out because the guy excuse was that there was a mouse in one of the rooms which was a kids TOY and I showed him that it was a kids Toy. They brung the furniture in and left it in my hallway. The store gave me the owners number who by the way would not answer for me even after I texted him and told him who I was. The guys kept telling my kids to “MOVE” they pushed a mattress on my daughter. The entire time they were speaking Spanish not realizing that I have an app on my phone and it interpreted every word, if I type what they were referring to us as they would block y comment. You’ll wouldn’t believe what you were calling us. They Agreed to take the furniture and two containers. They loaded their truck and acted like they were about to leave. I looked out my window and they were throwing the things across my lawn. I was recording them and they knew and started laughing as he was throwing the items that THEY AGREED to move! The owner texted me back and stated that basically don’t text his phone to call or email the store. That was an emergency because one of the guys walked up on my mom like he was going to hit her. The owner condones this type of behavior. These people are horrible and all of my neighbors witnessed these guys shenanigans and no one on this street will ever shop there!!! I am a nurse and I know a lot of people and I will NOT recommend this place to NO ONE. Drive a little further to Rivergate it will be worth it!!!!

ADDENDUM after reading what the owner wrote there wasn’t an original written agreement , your guys agreed after coming there if we paid them extra that they would take the other articles. Some of the furniture they took off were thrown back in my yard and they shouldn’t have never loaded the items if they didn’t agree to take them PERIOD!!!! Why load something on a truck then throw it back out. You still didn’t address him pushing my daughter not setting up the furniture and bad service overall. You’ll won’t be in business long with how your operating !!!!! Your also hoarding and price gouging medical supplies that Medical personal LIKE MYSELF need on the FRONT LINES!! Peter (Manager) and Kristi (Sales Associate) are amazing and very friendly. They receive 5-Stars for support, assistance, communication, and being helpful; however, Eslem (Delivery Guy) is the reason for low stars as he is very unprofessional. He and another co-worker delivered over $10K of furniture on Saturday, March 19, 2022 in Goodlettsville to our home. In an elevated and discourteous tone, he complained how heavy the furniture was towards my wife. I was asked to come home quickly as she did not feel safe.

Upon arrival, I addressed Eslem and the matter was resolved. Unfortunately after moving less than a week later, our home was flooded in the kitchen. The good part is that the dining room nor the new furniture was damaged and had never been moved since Eslem delivered it. The contractor was getting ready to move the dining room table to stain wood floors and we discovered the legs were not secured and it was missing a wood stabilizing bar [See picture below]. Additionally, Eslem shared the leaflet was left in a car, but further discovery determined he never loaded or lost the leaflet and it had to be reordered. Peter ordered a new leaflet and we had to wait 6 months due to the pandemic. Well after receiving the leaflet, we were about to install and the table would not properly open. When I spoke with Peter (manager), he scheduled a brand new replacement be delivered on Wednesday, Dec. 21. We waited ALL DAY and received a phone call at 7:25 pm that he was stuck in Clarksville and rescheduled us between 10:00 am - 12:00 pm on Wednesday, December 28, 2022.

When I called the store, Kristi today after 12 pm, she informed me the store was unaware that my table was not delivered. I have had to take time off work or have someone in place multiple days. Not to mention that Eslem knew this table was not properly setup or put together.

Excellent product, excellent and courteous service in store, but DO NOT trust the delivery times or dates and do not assume the store knows when Eslem does not show up for a delivery. You would think a person that spends that much money in a store will make sure if that the last impression (delivery and installation) is a positive experience. Unfortunately, it has not been for me....

Extremely disappointed with this business! Me and my wife bought a couch from here and from the start everything was good, we put 500$ down on our couch , waiting for the one we wanted to be in stock, they told us it would take 2 weeks at MOST for our couch to arrive, 2 weeks go by and I'm not stressed about it , I call up there to check on the couch and I speak to a women who is extremely rude she told us that “shes not a mechanic she can’t fix the truck or make it hurry up” etc. just a rude lady overall, she tells me it will be there Monday. Monday goes by and we haven’t heard anything not a call or email. We go up there this time and once again we get told that its not there that it will be there Thursday. After 3 times of our couch being pushed back with no notice, we finally get it .Mind you it took almost a month, no warning or calls from this business. Junk furniture bought a bedroom set they promised me it was sturdy the second week I had it the slats broke bed fell on floor we are not big people. Dresser drawer is broken and one doesn’t even want to open. Called and all they wanted to do was replace slats and drawers they said they don’t do returns do not buy from them highly don’t recommend this place at all.

Wow! Can’t say enough. I walked in unsure if I would purchase. Saw some items that caught my eye. In under a minute had reasonable prices typed up, they worked with us as well because the couch was the last one and wasn’t able to be re-configured. Extremely nice, and the fastest checkout I’ve ever experienced for such a large purchase! And they deliver for cheap!

Junk furniture bought a bedroom set they promised me it was sturdy the second week I had it the slats broke bed fell on floor we are not big people. Dresser drawer is broken and one doesn’t even want to open. Called and all they wanted to do was replace slats and drawers they said they don’t do returns do not buy from them highly don’t recommend this place at all.

Wow! Can’t say enough. I walked in unsure if I would purchase. Saw some items that caught my eye. In under a minute had reasonable prices typed up, they worked with us as well because the couch was the last one and wasn’t able to be re-configured. Extremely nice, and the fastest checkout I’ve ever experienced for such a large purchase! And they deliver for cheap!
