Took my husband to dinner with family for his birthday. The guy act like he couldn't understand that we needed a booster seat and high chair, but he understood our orders. We had to ask another waiter. The waiter that took our order got a few orders wrong. I asked for an order of fries . Never got them. I tasted my granddaughter fries and was disappointed. They looked good but tasted like they were cooked in burnt cooking oil. It was hard getting refills on drinks. My sweet tea was awful. I ask for some lemon , they brought me 1 end piece of a lemon that was dry. I ask could he please bring me some lemon slices , Never got them. As the dinner continues. They didn't check to see if we needed anything. They didn't do the birthday song or anything. But they had no problem adding the tips on the tickets. My mom asked them what was the charge for they told her they didn't know. So we ask for a manager. They were going to make her pay it. Until I let her know what it was and she had a choice on how much to pay. We had already agreed that each ticket would get a $15.00 tip. But the service was awful. After we paid our tickets. There were 2 people that asked for 2 go cups for their drinks. The guy said no after you pay we don't service you anymore. The other guy told us only our waiter can bring us drinks. I said neither one of those statements are true. We've been having to get different waiters to help us. And I've been there plenty of times, paid my ticket and was able to get a drink to go. They were rude told my daughter she couldn't be serviced anymore. My daughter told them it's fine she wouldn't be back because of the way he tossed her the cup for her daughter's drink she was trying to get the refill with. This isn't the first bad experience. It's the 3rd. I'm done spending my money there. We spent $300.00, appetizers, drinks, meals ,and, cheese. It's was 12 people. People work hard for their money to be treated like that. Read moreI placed an online order through seamless. Once I arrived the waiter told me I had to go to the bar towards the back for pickup of an online order. I noticed a man coming from the back so I asked if it was an online order for me he said no. I sat patiently at the bar then another waiter came and told me I had to pick up my online order from up front so I went back up front. I showed my online order confirmation which the guy asked to see, he then rang it up expecting me to pay again after I’ve already paid online. I showed him where I had already paid and explained that I wasn’t paying for food that I had already ordered and paid for online. He became aggressive with me for no reason and then I also returned the attitude and then left. I’m pretty sure that was my order that he brought out but they’ve gotten to where they’re bored and choose to pick on certain customers. Honestly, the margaritas made the night and everyone else food except mine. Should have stuck to veggie Fajitas instead of the combo. However queso and spinach burrito was lovely. However, the food is good just subpar on the Madison location and customer service. When you ready to celebrate, please turn up the vibes. In Texas, St. Patrick's Day is out of control but fun.
